Overall, my experience with Zeevou has been very positive. It’s taken a lot of the pressure out of managing day-to-day operations and brought everything into one place, which makes a real difference when you’re handling multiple bookings. Once it’s set up properly, it runs reliably in the background and helps keep things organised without constant input. It’s allowed me to focus more on the guest experience rather than getting caught up in admin. It’s not without a learning curve, but overall, it’s been a dependable system that’s made running the business smoother and much more manageable.

Pros

Zeevou has been a solid part of our operations. It’s reliable, automates the day-to-day tasks well, and keeps everything organised in one place. The channel management works smoothly, making handling bookings across platforms far more efficient and saving a HUGE amount of time. The ID verification, T&C's, the direct booking site and the security deposit feature are a godsend. They give real peace of mind when it comes to security and managing guests properly. The support team has also been swift to respond whenever we’ve needed help. Overall, it’s helped us run things more professionally and with fewer headaches and manual work.

Cons

There’s definitely a learning curve at the beginning. It’s not something you can set up quickly without taking time to understand how everything connects. Some parts of the interface could be more intuitive, especially when trying to find specific settings. It can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Also, making small changes isn’t always as quick as you’d expect, as things are quite structured within the system.

### "Managing Cliftonvalley Apartments with Zeevou"

Zeevou allows us to manage all important aspects of our online business via the major OTAs that we use. The bookings flow through to us, are flagged by emails that we can configure and the automated and customisable workflows take care of most of the requirements we have in day to day management of bookings, calendars, payments, security deposits, terms and conditions and ID verification and then guest contact and management. If something is wrong or missing, the development team and product owner/designers are easily contactable via a ticket system and are very responsive and helpful in both resolving issues and taking on board suggestions for development. A great product with a very forward thinking design and management team. Most importantly, they have real world experience of running their own serviced apartment and hospitality business on a large scale, so they know first hand what is needed to help up manage our business effectively. Thoroughly recommended.

Pros

Xero integration, automated security deposits, Signable integration, willingness to consider development suggestions, allocation of our own dedicated account manager to assist us with requirements and configurations.

Cons

Some user interface issues at different times, but these have been speedily resolved by the great support team and good timely responses. Mobile view could be improved or an App developed.

### "Not reliable - future improvements needed!"

Too frustrating as there were always issues/bugs appearing. So I spent lots of time raising tickets with the team reporting these bugs. The team was always very responsive and some bugs got fixed, some got recorder as a future feature, but during the 4 months I used the app, I had different issues coming up, which resulted in me double checking everything with the OTAs, making sure messages got sent etc.

Pros

The app has some good basic features. Customer support, responsive, quick and helpful. The team seems to take feedback for improvements on board and try to implement changes accordingly.

Cons

There are many bugs with the app especially. It was very inconsistent, sometimes I never received any notifications of a new booking or messages. Sometimes scheduled messages did not send, which meant my guest did not receive their access PIN code on time. The functionality also lacks - the calendar view is not user friendly. - Cannot edit/delete a note. - No notifications for messages of past guests - No metrics (revenue, occupancy) with the Glow membership - Cannot set custom length filter for metrics - Not possible to disable scheduled messages via the app - Scheduled messages not easily edited/disabled for individual guests via browser - Possible to bock a date but not able to unblock it via the app

### "Best in class PMS"

It’s been a game-changer for my workflow. Before Zeevou, I was jumping between five different apps to manage my bookings and talk to guests, but having everything in one place has been great. It feels like a professional-grade tool that’s actually built for people who want to grow their business without losing their mind to manual admin work. Definitely worth the investment if you’re serious about property management. We're on about 150+ units we're now manging through the Zeevou PMS including hotel room which it is also great for, the pricing per unit works out very cost effective for us. I’m also a big fan of the support team, they actually treat you like a human being and help you work through things instead of just sending generic help links. A special shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\] he is like a 24/7 machine and always does his best to be available and help.

Pros

Honestly, the automation is a lifesaver. Being able to set up guest messaging and have the calendar sync perfectly across all my channels has taken a huge weight off my shoulders. The rate rules are great we haven't even felt the need to go over to rates tool and we use some pretty advanced rules, our comp rates analysis are managed in-house (can easily set up dynamic if we wanted to) and we have not had one issue of rates or availabity not syncing properly! There's minimal bugs also which means their testing is great, they don't roll out features unless it's 100% working. They have a roadmap of upcoming features and take a community vote on new feature requests. The Zee chatbot is amazing, can quicly ask it questions and it will direct you to the right settings or explain what they mean. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] love the detail of their reports, they have full visibilty of transaction costs, live view of mgmt fees and any othe charges on their properties/bookings. Our guests are also very happy with how the online check-in process works now as well, it's super quick and easy.

Cons

I wouldn't really say this isa downside but there is a lot to take in at first, that's only because it does so much, the setup phase can feel like a lot to be done but only if you want to utilise the full capabilty, they have a lot of out the box settings and you can actually toggle most things off, so you can choose to make it as systemised as you want. You have to put in the time to learn the system, but it definitely pays off...saying that the UI is incredible and logical.

Pros

Zeevou is an excellent booking software that meets all that is needed for financial purposes. We can run numerous reports, send payment links, invoices, etc all with just a click away button. Easy to manage occupancy calendar, drop and drag option with the purpose of maximization of bookings.

Cons

New features are needed - eg to blacklist chargeback guests.

Excellent and responsive. Easy to board the property and integrate with the OTA’s. I love the monthly chat when’re we can be updated on features and improvements and being able to get support whenever needed

Pros

Zeevou offers an easy on boarding service and wonderful support. They listen to the users and look to accommodate improvements and add features whenever possible. I highly recommend them as my preferred channel manager

Awaiting to be able to view the order of the automated messages as they are being sent and not as they have been created

Zeevou has helped me grow my business. Zeevou has saved my business during Covid. Without it we wouldn’t be here.

Pros

The control it gives me over every aspect of each property Is great. I can even assign housekeeping and admin tasks to members of the team. Automation is key and Zeevou delivers this.

Cons

When I first used it the user functionality for someone not ‘computer minded’ was an issue. This has since been corrected and it has help markers next to everything.

Great ... I have tried a few other Channel managers which have no customer service at all. This is a company that cares about its product staff and customers. I am delighted to be using it to grow my business.

Pros

Ease of use, very user friendly with edit option and fantastic customer service .

Cons

It is easy to edit if you have a problem ... I would like the blocked out dates to remain visible on the screen ... reporting could be easier with cleaning commission and tax separated easily ...

I work with Zeevou several hours a day, satisfied with using it a great help to serve guests and costumers find the best options for their accommodations. All futures and options are visible in a glance.

Pros

This software is user friendly. All properties and units and different types of them and availability are seen in one clear calendar page. The explanations are complete and clear.

Cons

That would be better if this software a higher seep in loading pages. It is because we usually use it when a guest is on a phone call and we check different pages in few seconds.

Pros

As a new business we have found Zeevou invaluable. The system is intuitive and easy to use. The support we receive from Zeevou is also excellent. They are fantastic.

Cons

There have been a few bugs that have needed sorting but that’s probably to be expected.

I do love the support, they give your personal manager that will answer all your questions, and they are very open to new suggestions.

Pros

The main features that I like are the possibilities with email mearketing to guests, it has a huge amount of variables that can be adjusted to everyones needs.

Cons

The one thing that I would improve is the design of the booking engine website.
