My overall experience with Microsoft teams has been positive. I've used it at multiple jobs not just this one and it's never really been a big issues.

Pros

What I like most about Microsoft teams is it's easy to use platform and easy messaging between me and my team.

Cons

What I like least about Microsoft teams is sometimes my notifications done come through properly or I'll randomly need to sign back in. But that's all really.

It's very easy to use but's powerful. I use it for online training. (you can record all the lesson very easily). I use also for explaining outsourced engineers what they have to do.

Pros

it's the best tool for making videoconferences, but not only. The included chat feature is very easy to use and allows to send colleagues images and documents

Cons

The share screen feature is a little bit dangerous (pay attention not to share reverved docs with external people) and does not support multiple monitors as I currently use

I would say it'll definitely be used again in the future, even on a semi-regular interval as needed.

Pros

Its a straightforward team-collab platform, and does what it needs to do without over-complicating the process.

Cons

the UI felt dated, but still worked as needed. other platforms do the same thing with a more streamlined approach than Teams, but definitely not bad either.

Overall I have a pleasant experience with Microsoft Teams. It's fast, efficient and helps me and my team keep in the loop with each other.

Pros

I like all the features Teams has with a built in call system as well as a group chat system. It allows flawless collaboration between my team.

Cons

The notification system can be quite a nuisance especially if multiple people are talking at once in a group chat. I can mute but, then I will lose track of where I am. Would be better if the notifications cooled down somehow.

Overall, Microsoft Teams is a useful and reliable collaboration platform for businesses. Its integration with Microsoft 365 makes it especially valuable for organizations already using Microsoft products. While it could be faster and easier to navigate in some areas, it provides most of the communication and collaboration tools a business needs.

Pros

Microsoft Teams makes it easy to communicate and collaborate with coworkers in one place. I like the combination of chat, meetings, file sharing, screen sharing, and integration with Microsoft 365. It works well for both day-to-day communication and larger team projects.

Cons

Teams can sometimes feel slow or resource-heavy, especially when running multiple meetings or having several chats and applications open. Notifications can also become overwhelming, and finding specific conversations or files can sometimes be difficult.

Zoom does not really do well with audio and not as fast and clear with video conferences

I've had a mostly positive experience with Microsoft Teams, using it regularly for communication and collaboration with my team. The platform's ease of use and seamless integration with other Microsoft tools have been major advantages, but occasional lag and minor interface quirks prevent me from giving it a perfect score.

Pros

I like Microsoft Teams' ability to integrate with our existing tools, like SharePoint and OneDrive, making it easy to collaborate on projects. It's pretty solid for video conferencing and screen sharing. Took a bit to figure out the workflows, but once we got it set up, it works well enough.

Cons

One thing that's kind of annoying is the lack of customizable notifications. We'd like to be able to set up more specific alert rules, but it's not a huge deal. We've also experienced some minor lag issues when using it with a large team.

It's the best way to communicate with internal and external members on a daily basis, creating tasks and meetings.

Pros

It's easy to use and communicate with everyone, able to work as a team, creating groups, channels, notifications and managing pending tasks. Also able to create polls, calendars and many other things with the integrations

Cons

There are frequent outages from time to time, where chats and/or images are not correctly loading or unable to communicate with some users.

Overall this has been a very hand communication app for University. Being able to communicate with peers for group assignments has been a breeze.

Pros

I use Teams for school, and it has been so helpful. It is easy to use and allows for great collaboration between other peers. I like that I can share files and other sources directly in the chat. It is also free which is awesome.

Cons

Whenever I open Teams it always feels disorganized. I am able to find my chats easily, but everything else seems out of place. If the menu bars were structured better then the overall feel might improve when using it.

Overall, it handles daily team communication and document collaboration effortlessly due to full Microsoft integration. While ease of use suffers from a crowded UI, it offers great value for money. Project management and customization options are basic, and customer support relies heavily on online docs.

Pros

The team communication and team collaboration are seamless. Chatting, sharing Word or Excel files, and joining calls are instant. Its value for money is top-notch since it comes bundled with the Microsoft ecosystem.

Cons

The ease of use can feel cluttered, and customization options are limited compared to standalone tools. Customer support takes time to navigate through enterprise channels, and native project management features stay quite basic.
