Pros

Cet outil permet de bloquer les spams et le phishing, l’intérêt principal réside cependant dans le déport sur l'expéditeur de la fonction de filtrage.

Cons

Il est assez compliqué à déployer. Les arnaques au président arrivent à passer, je pense que les expéditeurs s'authentifient. La qualité de filtrage globale est médiocre et beaucoup de mails légitimes sont bloqués. Nous allons changer de solution.

Rien à dire si ce n'est qu'il est très utile car sans lui nous serions noyés sous les mails.

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation. Classement des mails retenus par le logiciel. Possibilité de bannir des noms de domaine inutiles pour notre activité. Nouvelle ergonomie.

Cons

Le fait que l'administrateur doit récupérer les spams utiles des messageries des utilisateurs.

Pros

Their portal to see the filtered mails is easy to use. It makes it possible to retreive some emails that been filtered by mistake.

Cons

we have a setting that all incoming mails from a new sender needs to be confirmed by the sender. Due to this sometimes we don't recieve maisl immediately.

Apport de sécurité.

Pros

\- Le support est EXCEPTIONNEL ! Rapide et compétent. Je pose des questions techniques et précises et j'ai toujours une réponse dans la minute avec une explication très détaillée. Bravo ! Ne changez rien, c'est hallucinant d'avoir un tel service en 2022. CES GENS MERITENT TOUS UNE AUGMENTATION ! :) - Très efficace dans ses détections. Et rapidement, l'utilisation du produit ne nécessite aucune action de la part de l'utilisateur.

Cons

\- Peu détecter des vraies demandes en SPAM -> Non compris dans les rapports, obligation d'aller vérifier sur l'espace perso. C'est gênant pour mes commerciaux qui on reçu des demandes de devis en SPAM. - ça reste un produit en plus dans la chaine de réception des mails. Possible latence (arrivé 2 fois en 1an); les mails arrivent 20-30min après et ce pendant 4-5h.

Du temps je pense, 60% des emails ne sont pas réellement du travail . Je pense que nous allons avoir une amélioration de la productivité alors que ce n'était pas le but initial.

Pros

Le coté utilisateur est très intuitif et les gens comprennent rapidement l'intérêt de la solution.

Cons

Le déploiement, il aurait été appréciable d'avoir un expert O365 pour configurer les DNS.

it blocks all unwanted emails and viruses. You can fine tune the solution to feet your needs.
