amazing :)

Pros

Everyone who I have worked with has been motived to help my company. They are always cheerful, creative and really takes the time with me to help come up with new ways to improve my marketing. I have nothing bad to say about their team and I appreciate the time and dedication they have put forth with my company

Cons

missing some features we would like unique coupon codes and some features are limited for our brand in particular but overall we are happy

Overall it was worth getting this software. We have seen an increase of sales and convenience using this product.

Pros

Easy to use. We try not to spam our customers so we use this no more than twice a month. But we do see an increase of E-commerce sales after we send out a blast.

Cons

Auto replies is not well known on our end. WE would like a little more instruction on this

Reason for choosing Emotive

This was the first one offered. really didn't give competitors a try

A really great product if you are looking for a different way to communicate with your customers.

Pros

Super easy to use and setup a campaign. Great alternative to using email.

Cons

The customer communication tool is a bit hard to use, and sometimes challenging.

Great features for flows and automation On boarding was best in class Customer support is tremendous Transparent about pricing end to end Truly delivers value and ROI

Cons

Not easy to manage via mobile The platform is slightly more expensive than I’d like it to be, but that’s to be expected and justified by delivering a strong return on investment
