The overall experience with the flexEngage has been very positive as they're attentive to our requirements. I don't personally have the ROI for this partnership but I do know it's been a great benefit to both our customers and our business.

Pros

The integration to flexEngage from the xml file that is sent to a central server was definitely easy overall since they can transform the data in the xml to data in the e-receipt. The design of the receipt has changed a bit since the initial configuration but that has also been fairly easy.

Cons

Not a con at all but having the ability to design the email ourselves would be great to have a hand in. Basically a tool that would identify what pieces of data are being sent and where they can be used with sample templates.

Pros

The ability to localize merchandizing in ereceipts to drive localization and regional events.

Cons

While flex offers unbelievable customer service to compensate and turn around for adjustments are reasonable, it would be nice if there back-end was a more self serve.
