Data are reused across the modules with no need for double entries and the like. The software supports most functions in a modern FM-organisation; small, large, basic or advanced. Local administrators can set up and modify user-roles, templates etc. without having to depend on consultants. Reporting and dataanalyses is easy and userfriendly as well. Response-time is good and downtime at a minimal. Dalux offers excellent and accessible support. Dalux consultans know their product and Facility Management practices and processer. The product is developing rapidly, and company focus is on technical development of the software rather than selling and offering consultancy services. Cons It's hard to obtain information on development pipeline and planned releases. Integration between the different products in the Dalux suite is work in progress. Pros Our existing challange was that all our tenants was reporting issues on mail. With DaluxFM Operation and Maintenance module we now have a shared platform for all reported issues from all our properties with information and pictures. We can then repond quickly and/or make a task and send it to a contractor - this is really powerful. The entire product is made very user friendly throughout all modules. Cons Communication between contractor and reporter (tenant in our case) could be improved to be handled directly in mobile application instead of mail. The information a contractor can see on a task should be configurable. Reasons for choosing DaluxFM We could see that DaluxFM is further ahead on development and making new features available. It is important for us that the backend product and the cloud platform is really good. The usability is also much better and easier to understand for our end users making this product the right choice. Overall it has a nice UI, I like the 3D view option as well. It knows basically all the feature, what you may need. Cons I am missing a detailed handbook/manual. At first we got started pretty quickley with the data transition from BBR to Bygningsarkiv. Cons We would like more guidelines, standards. More in depth review pre- worked/described updates before release, especially the transition from DaluxBuild to DaluxFM. The low rate on updates from BBR to DaluxFM. If we have any problems they are always super fast to get back to us with a possible solution. Cons I feel that the BIM integration in handover and DaluxFM could be better, for instance a better utilization of data on families in the models.
