I just felt the need for training with each new function that was included in the tool, this way I could have used it even more. Pros With this tool I was able to control all my tasks for each of the clients, so I could organize my day and know what was a priority. In addition, it could solve problems with other teams quickly and simply. Cons When the company introduced some new functions, it was generally not so clear on how they could be used, causing confusion between the teams. I think that training could help to solve this. Pros It has a good average usability if you want just to count the hours you spend on projects, but Taskrow is a bit difficult to use for everyday tasks. My team just can't substitute e-mails for the communication inside task row because sometimes notifications are not reliable, and it's a little difficult to understand all of its functions. Cons It's not intuitive and not so friendly to users that are not adapted to the platform. We currently offer ways to notify specific users using the by mentioning them with an "@" sign, notify all the participants of a task and show when a task has comments in the extranet tab. If possible, please let us know any specific situation when you faced a problem with the notifications so we can find out what caused it. Currently we have several clients that use exclusively Taskrow to distribute tasks to the team, substituting e-mails completely. If you want to give it another try, please let us know! Over the months I discovered project management functions that were hidden and I intend to start using them more, but they are still not very intuitive. Pros The best is its support, always willing to improve the tool, listen to suggestions and, if necessary, make customizations. Which helps a lot if you need a tool integrated with other control systems. It is a very customizable tool. Cons The weakness is usability, the tool is not very intuitive. It is difficult to understand all the controls and some functions are hidden. It is practically impossible to use the tool without specific training, which is difficult if you are not a small company. However, we didn't explore the other options of Taskrow in my work place, so I can't judge functionalities besides Timesheet. Cons I honestly don't know what Taskrow is capable of, hence I only used Timesheet. I did try to explore the software a few times, but never got it right what was the main purpose. I think it would be interesting if the user was motivated to know the main functionalities. If it wasn't the fact my agency used Timesheet on Taskrow, I prob wouldn't know the software - and still, after one year using, I still don't know what it is capable of. What else can I do besides writing my daily routine at work? It's not very intuitive in that sense. Company managers also have dashboards that shows them important business KPIs as client by client profitability. Some of these features that may not be visible to you. Each time a task is modified you receive a message, always keeping the flow updated. You can work with projects in an organized manner and with established productivity objectives, with deadlines, data and all the necessary information. Pros Taskrow is a platform that helps productivity and project management, and is widely used in advertising agencies, consultancies and other types of companies. What I like most is that you can demand and manage jobs following the process in real time and also involving different professionals. The tool has a free version that serves very well. Its paid version is quite affordable. Cons I think the interface could be a little more friendly and the usability more intuitive. Learning is not so simple and requires some training. I usually write down my taks on a paper and ask for my leader to create a new one so I can update my timesheet. I wish I could use all of its atributes well. Pros I like how integrated it is with timesheet. Cons It takes several seconds to load, the notifications are not functional, I need to be tagged in a comment to get a notification. The "home page" is very confused, there are not many colors in it that can help me differ the types of task. It's just very confused. Regarding the load time, using a broadband connection it typically takes less than one second to load a task detail page. The load times for some reports may be longer but it is usually satisfactory when the quantity of open tasks is not excessive. Although this is normally not an issue, please give us more details about the problem so we can investigate further for something specific may be happening. We agree that colors are important and are always working to improve the visual interface of our system. Colors may be configured for task status, types of requests, tags and some other features. Please check the reports Work Queue, Allocation Timeline, Cardview and Tasks Panel. These pages present colors for each of the elements mentioned earlier. Although every system has some downtime, we never received complaints about frequent crashes. We also have logs of every interaction on our servers and regularly analyze the response time and eventual errors and it also does not indicate such problems. The subtasks are an important part of Taskrow as it allows to distribute parts of the work to be done among team members without loosing the connection with the "parent" task.
