La plateforme est très intuitive et c'est simple de suivre la performance sur celle-ci. La team Pinpo est toujours réactive, arrangeante et à l'écoute. C'est super!

Pros

Pinpo est devenu chez nous un assistant permettant de pré-qualifier des leads que nous n'avions pas toujours le temps de faire traiter correctement par nos équipes commerciales. En quelques questions par sms, Pinpo permet de voir si l'on est pas passé à côté d'un lead qualifié. C'est un outil permettant d'aller plus rapidement et efficacement vers l'essentiel.

Cons

Il faut quand même jeter un oeil aux conversations, car cela reste une intelligence artificielle. Ce n'est donc pas toujours parfait. Mais c'est très bien dans l'ensemble à quelques exceptions près.

Pros

Nous utilisons Pinpo depuis plusieurs mois afin de qualifier nos leads. Grâce à cette solution nous pouvons vérifier la maturité des projets de nos prospects avant de les envoyer à notre réseau commercial. Nous gagnons en réactivité : nos prospects sont contactés 5 minutes après le remplissage de nos formulaires. L’équipe Pinpo, toujours à l’écoute de nos besoins, fait d’une grande réactivité et sait s’adapter aux spécificités de notre système d’information. Je recommande !

Cons

Comme tout nouvel outil, son adoption est un peu chaotique au début.

Pros

Pinpo permet de traiter un nombre de leads importants, rapidement, efficacement, tout en personnalisant les messages. Le SMS est une solution de relance en cohérence avec notre cible : 25-35 ans, nos prospects apprécient ce moyen de communication ainsi que la rapidité/qualité de la réponse fournie. Du côté de nos conseillers, ils sont également satisfaits de recevoir des RDV ayant reçu un 1er contact positif Maisons Sésame. L'équipe PINPO est à l'écoute et force de propositions ce qui est vraiment appréciable :-)

Cons

Comme beaucoup de logiciel le déploiement des nouveautés peut mettre un peu de temps, suivi rigoureux à avoir afin de vérifier que toutes les connexions soient toujours actives - Toutefois équipe PINPO réactive.

Pros

Véritable outil d'aide à la vente, Pinpo est un assistant personnel pour les commerciaux. Il permet de traiter tous les leads instantanément, à travers l'engagement d'une conversation par SMS, de les qualifier par chaleur (chaud, tiede, froid) à travers un script, de les transmettre aux forces de ventes. Un tableau de bord de suivi des performances, de la répartition des leads par source et par chaleur, l'accès à toutes les conversations, pour un bon pilotage. Des équipes à l'écoute de nos besoins.

Cons

Il faut bien suivre les conversations au début car il peut y avoir quelques loupés mais les équipes étant très réactives, les corrections sont rapidement mises en place.

Pinpo nous permet d'assurer une continuité de service lorsque notre call center est fermé, mais aussi vient en complément de notre call center pour optimiser la joignabilité de nos prospects en journée. C'est une vraie complémentarité et un atout pour Quartus, qui nous permet d'améliorer notre satisfaction client.

Pros

La flexibilité de Pinpo est une vraie force : modifier le script, modifier les créneaux d'activation, identifier les leads "chauds" facilement... L'équipe Pinpo est très réactive pour répondre à nos demandes d'amélioration du service lors des 1er mois d'activation.

Cons

La plateforme de suivi des leads n'est pas pratique à utiliser : le classement se fait par "dernière activité", il serait bien plus pratique d'avoir un suivi de date et heure de la dernière activité. Il serait pertinent d'améliorer le filtre également pour un suivi plus simple.

Pinpo permet d'accueillir et d'entrer en relation avec les prospects qui nous font une demande en dehors des heures d'ouverture de nos de lieux de vente. Ils se sentent accueillis, pris en charge et écoutés. Pour les commerciaux c'est une bonne base pour poursuivre la découverte client et engager la relation commerciale. Pinpo nous a permis d'améliorer notre transformation des demandes en rendez-vous.

Pros

Très efficace et facile à implanter / piloter. Très bien interface avec notre CRM.

Cons

Nos agents se sont quelques fois un peu mélangé les crayons. le discours peut paraître un peu répétitif.
