Things like integrated meeting schedulers, gamification and hospitality tools are on our list of things to explore that Captello offers! Pros We love the flexibility of the lead capture app and platform, which allows us to capture leads at all our events without retraining staff. It is also event agnostic, able to scan badges with or without a QR code, and enriches our lead data with valuable info including phone numbers and affinity info. Cons Captello is a game changer, a Swiss army knife for any event marketer or sales team. It takes a little time to adjust all the settings in the back end, but onboarding and support is hands down the best. The reporting that it provides is excellent. The app is detailed and really allows you to notate everything about a lead scanned at a trade show so that you don't have to rely on memory. Pros It is a detailed lead tracking software that can easily be deployed via the app at a trade show. Cons The app required us to enter a typed note before we could scan the badge of the next potential lead at the trade show. This was somewhat time consuming especially when there are multiple people waiting to be scanned. I used it on behalf of one of our clients and it was a perfect solution for what we were looking for. Their onboarding and customer service is excellent. Cons The only issue was some overlap of features with some other tools in my client's tech stack that was redundant. Cons As with many software programs, there are always suggested add-ons that come up. Possible customization of this may be necessary to help with the inclusiveness of other products and needs. Having a point-based leader board and games for attendees to participate in has made virtual events less one-sided. Pros The customer service and one-on-one assistance with the technical group to implement Captello with our third party virtual event platform has been astoundingly fantastic. Captello has a vast APP integration library and actually created a custom one for our virtual attendees to be tracked during an event. Having such knowledgeable and tech-savvy professionals on your side really makes virtual event planning simpler and less stressful. Cons Captello's system has been great despite our third party virtual platform causing issues with webhooks and API integration (out of Captello's hands).
