In addition to the abovementioned, we've been very impressed with the Limitless team. We find them to be very easy to work with; they're organised, always prepared for meetings and do great project management. They quickly understood our use case and the complexity of our organisation.

Pros

Overall, we've been very impressed with Limitless. It allowed us to switch from a limited working hours model to a 24/7 model, meaning our consumers can reach us when it suits them. The model also helps build advocacy as the ambassadors are true fans of our brands. Win win!

Cons

Nothing. There were certain features missing initially, such as the ability to utilise our internal beauty advisors and to track sales, but these features have since been added in collaboration with Limitless.

My conclusion with Limitless is try it and you'll not regret it! We definitely wondered if GigCX would be something that could work well in our industry and we ran a pilot to find out, what happened next I don't think anyone was expecting. It delivered from day 1 and the more we've grown it, the more it keeps delivering. It's cut cost to serve while improving customer insight metrics across the board. That's the win win everybody wants right?

Pros

The engagement is brilliant with Limitless and their solution is extremely flexible when it comes to creating your entry points for customers and the crucial integration to your CRM keeping you in full control of what's going on with your customer experience. You can easily customise the chat experience and you are in control when it comes to setting the training material for new GigCX crowd recruits. The crowd onboarding experience is super impressive too. My favourite has to be just how slick and easy the chat experience is for customers. They love it, so your business will too.

Cons

Honestly, I struggle to criticise the solution. I'm excited to see a seamless chat experience with Genesys for escalations but that is already on the roadmap and to be fair we're seeing less than 1% escalated due to how amazingly well handled the crowd training and coaching is!
