Com toda certeza foi uma excelente aquisição da nossa empresa. Como toda e qualquer mudança, enfrentamos alguns percalços durante o processo, mas em todos os momentos fomos muito bem assessorados pelo pessoal da implantação e posteriormente do suporte.

A interface e funcionabilidade do sistema, o suporte é sensacional e o processo de migração que foi muito bem realizado.

A experiência foi boa na maioria das vezes. Como em qualquer outro sistema, possui os momentos ruins, mas que foram solucionados com maestria.

Pros

A plataforma é muito fácil de utilizar e gerenciar.

Cons

Trava em relação a importações em massa. Pois somente o suporte consegue realizar esse processos, naõ dando a liberdade do cliente executar.

Já na implantação, sistema com diversos bugs , suporte extremamente demorado, chegou a 76 hrs para atendimento . Não recomendo a nenhuma empresa .

Soluciono, principalmente, o controle de horas internas com a PontoTel. Possibilitou a criação de um banco de horas muito mais acessível para a empresa, o que tem agradado muito colaboradores.Tive ótimas conversas com o suporte, que se mostraram muito prestativas.

Pros

O produto é de fácil acesso para o colaborador poder usar;Com a universidade da PontoTel (instruções dos principais usos no aplicativo), é possível aprender com bastante facilidade para os gestores do aplicativo poderem utilizar;O suporte da empresa, a PontoTel tem um dos melhores serviços que já tive em minha vida. Rápidos, prestativos e esforçados, as meninas que me atenderam sempre foram muito eficientes em seus serviços, mesmo as que começaram naquela semana!;Ele entrega o que promete, a PontoTel tem nos ajudado bastante em nossa gestão de interna, possibilitando a criação de banco de horas de forma acessível e virtual para os colaboradores.

Cons

O aplicativo apresentou falhas em seu uso em diversas ocasiões com os colaboradores. Por mais que o suporte seja excepcional, não deveria ser necessário falar tanto com eles;Não há pontos entre os pontos. Adoraria a possibilidade da pessoa poder bater diversos pontos dentro de um período do dia. Por exemplo: Saber quando uma pessoa iniciou o período de trabalho, quando ela chegou em uma central da empresa (bate outro ponto), quando ela saiu desta central da empresa (bate ponto de saída da central, mas não de pausa ou de saída da empresa), e quando ela iniciou a sua pausa.
