Setup was really quick and we were rolling in a matter of minutes. I believe in their roadmap and delivering incremental updates makes me believe in the product and know they'll keep improving Pros I like the simplicity of what is essentially a complex world of GRC. The benefit of managing multiple frameworks only becomes apparent once you've spun up one framework and you can see how easy it is to manage multiple without duplicating effort. Cons The supplier and vendor management module needs some love to make it truly useful on an enterprise scale. The risk management module should focus on financial risk calculations but it's not impossible with the current iteration. Pros The ability to manage controls at a team/product/owner level has drastically reduced the number of controls that need to be managed across multiple compliance programs. In addition, feedback that we provide to Hyperproof on feature requests often gets delivered in future releases. Cons There is a certain limit of customization available on the platform as functionality and features developed are provided to all customers. However, Hyperproof continues to provide and update alternative workflows for customer specific use cases that cannot be completed satisfied by general functionality at the time of the request. The implementation consultant we had was absolutely exceptional, engaged, highly responsive and always focused on aligning the platform to our specific needs and environment. They really helped us shape an experience that not only works on paper but in practice. We're still in the process of fully integrating it into our systems, but the rollout has been smooth and well supported. We're confident that we're building on a strong foundation. Pros It's incredibly user friendly and has a focused UI. The overview dashboard starts at a high level and see the entire framework in a go, and then you can drill down from there.
