The system is well designed, their people are helpful and responsive, and we were able to vastly improve our external audit capabilities in a surprisingly short timeframe. From Contracts to Implementation and Support, their people are some of the best you will work with. Cons I did not like that analytics was one of the key must-haves when we were in discussions for selecting them as our solution and then after we had signed and completed onboarding, they removed their analytics module in favor of providing integrations to external BI platforms. I understand that their sales team may not have been aware that this was looming, but it has created a real headache for us because we were looking for robust native reporting.
