The tool is easy to use implement and user friendly along the way. The support staff at Hyperproof is amazing and go way above and beyond to make your experience valuable. The team also takes feedback very seriously and we have seen suggestions for improvement actually be implemented. Pros I love how easy it is to import data from external sources as well as the Kanban functionality that allows you to easily visualize and understand where your team is in the audit process. Cons It is a small con but I wish Hyperproof stuck with industry standard terminology in the tool. It is hard to map industry accepted terms with their terms. For example evidence vs. proof. Both mean the same but industry standard is evidence. This can cause problems when working with 3rd parties.
