Pros Ability to work with several teams and members in a coordinated effort for a shortened timeframe and still complete all requested document uploads. Best support I have gotten to date in any tool roll out. Pros Really easy to deploy and start using. She has set us up for success. Cons I wish reports and dashboards were more customizable. This would allow more effective reporting closer t the hyperproof tool. August 2, 2022 5.0 Hyperproof is amazing. They are customer oriented and have never taken more than 5 minutes to respond to our shared slack channel. They are constantly looking for ways in which to make the customers journey is easy as possible. Pros The ease of use and how quickly I was able to navigate the application. It feels very natural from a user interface perspective. Additionally, the Hyperproof team has quickly created state of the art NIST frameworks to include CMMC and NIST 800-171 that really helps our organization. I am able to monitor my company's NIST CSF score based on triggers in HyperProof that are directly related to proof, policies, and other supporting documents. Cons The frequency of meetings during the implementation process was as a little more often than I would have liked but made for an easy transition into the live environment. Hyperproof serves as a repository for organizing and storing compliance evidence. The freshness feature enables us to flag the required review or internal controls as monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually thereby ensuring continuous compliance. The software offers many powerful features but remains simple and easy to use and is not cluttered with unnecessary bells and whistles. Cons The navigation between objects could be simpler. Pros Once I understood how the tool was structured (documentation/training video/on-boarding process). it was very intuitive to navigate and implement to our business needs. simple import formats from our existing audit processes for controls and request lists for SOC audits. Document management and linking of controls, requests, proof and labels really helps to streamline items. very simple yet effectively method of organization Cons there weren't any major items i felt were missing, one or wo small feature requests for our use case/workflow. Anytime I have a question, concern, or feature request, the team jumps on calls/emails to get it done. Pros Hyperproof has offered a high level of visibility and efficiency. Consolidation of data in one place, for reporting and management and gap analysis and remediation process. Cons Current state, not all Hypersyncs that are available are applicable to our business. After a quick demo, I had the gist of the tool. Once we purchased, our onboarding team quickly assisted with getting us set up for success. We now can automate risk reviews, vendor reviews, and also help streamline our ISO audit processes. Cons I can't find anything I don't like at the moment. Terminology is different than what I am used to, and that took a while to get used to. Cons I did not like some of the automatic status changes of particular controls when uploading evidence to them. Program Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "HyperProof - A tool for Continuous Compliance" February 17, 2021 4.0 Pros UiPath did evaluation of tools in the continuous compliance space and found HyperProof (HP) to provide functionality aligned with current needs of UiPath. We are using HyperProof to drive compliance initiatives, and in last few months we have found it useful in terms of gathering evidence for high frequency controls. I speacially like "My Work", a recently released feature that helps get good view of tasks that need my attention. Cons I think HP definitely has room to improve the reporting, but I like the fact that I get to see where my requested features are in overall delivery pipeline.
