Cheaper than similar tools, and it has all the essential stuff all together- it is a market-place, it is a discovery as well, and you can pay through it. It simplifies all the bureaucratic stuff around Influencer marketing. Pros Moonio is a very helpful tool among others. It was easy to create the campaign and we get many proposals to choose from. Cons It is strong in Spain, other countries are not that well covered. Disabled basics! :(" October 23, 2024 1.0 No refund option, even though I emailed within half hr to let them know I discoverd the platform would not suit our needs. The have a blanket, no refunds policy. Any company that has this type of policy is interested in $ before genuinely serving customers with a great service. It feels like Heepsy are trying to be bit sneaky about how it makes money - no refunds ever, high commission on payments and basic search filters disabled on a paid plan - the fact that these last 2 aren't disclosed clearly, does not reflect a good customer focused business. Pros Nice, modern interface. easy to use. nice interface Cons After 10 minutes using the service we found that it was not possible to connect influencers with less than 5K. This is not suitable for our approach as we intend to work with creators of all sizes. Basic search filters like age, gender, location are not enabled on a paid $90mth starter plan. 12% commission on payments - this is a super high payment fee. Review Source Arian F. August 18, 2021 5.0 Customer service automation bot is pointless - they are losing the quality of product/platform because they refuse to invest into a CSR TEAM. I'm going to try to get my money back and use a new platform. I'm currently paying for a platform I can't use. Highly frustrated especially for work. Pros I enjoy that you can discover new creators across the world in a matter of seconds. Get good new solid leads and also depending on the dollar you are willing to spend - it can be very useful. Cons I hate the customer service. You charge over $200 a month per user - only to respond a day later. My bank account has been getting debited and when you reach out - the response is lackluster and also effortless. Because they didn't understand taxes and different currency - without any effort they came to the assumption that it's not them charging and it says the name Heepsy on my bank statement. We are a startup and we need our agencies to be flexible. We can’t be happier with Heepsy. Pros The strong point of this tool is that it is simple and intuitive to use but with a wide range of functionalities such as advanced search by campaigns. This allows us to streamline work and easily obtain the content published by influencers. Cons There are always things to improve, it is about getting better together day by day. Currently, we are facing the challenge of how to improve the way we measure campaign metrics. It is something that we will review during 2020 with them but we are sure that Heepsy will once again find a suitable solution to this issue. We had to do a lot of manual searching on social networks, then get all their email info, and then email blast or DM them. Now we can search with filters, like on Google, and make contact right on the platform.I am very satisfied from the product Pros The interface is clean and simple and the software is easy to use. I didn't have to do any training or setup, it just worked. I posted my campaign and later that same day I already had proposals. Cons I'd like the ability to have seats on my account so I could share the same account with other team members and keep everything more organized. It's great to work with big brands but knowing many others that you didn't know existed is just wonderful. On the other hand, for me, without a doubt, one of the best things is the team behind Moonio. Whenever I have had a problem, they have responded super fast helping me and offering me solutions. Pros I find this app very easy to use. It is intuitive and, in addition, it presents filters by categories (food, fashion, beauty...). This makes very quick to find collaborations that are consistent with each type of influencer. Something that I also love is the possibility of evaluating the agreement through stars according to the treatment received. For me, that says a lot about the transparency of this company and makes me feel very safe when closing a collaboration 😊 Cons Nothing to say. I love the way they are growing up. Pros if you want to scan numerous profiles at a very fast pace it is definitely the best platform out there. The one that enables you to do it the fastest. Cons Overall I loved the experience, but at my best it would still take me around 15 seconds per profile to add copy their emails. I think it could be diminished by two or even more if you made it possible to add emails without having to click on the profiles to access them. If there was another platform allowing me to save time I would honestly chose their offer instead of yours without any hesitation. También me gusta la calidad de las marcas que hay en la plataforma y que haya la oportunidad de poner precio a las campañas, porque nuestro tiempo también vale aparte del producto. También me gusta porque es una plataforma muy sencilla e intuitiva y la atención al cliente es excepcional Cons Lo que menos me gusta es que las marcas te dejan en visto en las campañas, me gustaría que dieran respuesta o que rechazaron directamente. También que hay pocas marcas que quieran colaborar contigo , porque aparte del producto, también cuesta crear contenido, editarlo, llevar un seguimiento de las estadísticas para ver cuál es el mejor momento de publicación….
