The tool replaces hours and hours of manual work and allows me to scale up by ten fold and more in the future. It really is a great tool for startups who wants to grow and take advantage of other methods of advertising, such as through FB groups and FB DMs. Conversion rate is much higher than usual social media ad. Cons There is a bug where the FB messaging tool stops working sometimes, and so I have to edit the .CSV file for it to work again, but that I hope it'll be fixed soon. Review Source PQ Pablo Q. Pros I like the many options I can scrape from, including Yellowpages, facebook, and Linkedin, by domains, phones, and emails. I REALLY love the fact that all emails are cleaned automatically. Cons Maybe the price structure could allow credit-based plans without monthly costs. We've had a few issues with tools that stop working now and again but the dev team are very responsive and quick to fix the issues. Operations Manager Insurance Used the software for: I used a free trial ### "Now Online Chat Reps / No Pre-Sale Mention of the Term of Service" March 6, 2023 4.0 Although both the home page and several notations within the website and the software speak about "instant" help via online chat, I accessed the online chat help, during normal Monday business hours in Eastern Standard Time, making several entries over 1.5 hours. No one responded. There is a bot that, after the first few minutes, prompts you to communicate through email instead, offering no instructions, but for the full 1.5 hours, no person answered. Email is not "instant."My desire to reach a person stemmed form the unclear Prospectss pricing page. While the price for each plan is listed in dollars per month, the full term of the service is not listed prior to a person having to purchase credits. Meaning, a new buyer has no way to know whether they are paying, say, $49/month for a required 12 months or $49/month for just one recurring month at a time or $49/month for one month at all. The terms of service link does not specify this aspect of the cost in numbers, only essentially explaining that if one ceases to pay, the service will be discontinued. One might GUESS from the credit card payment page that with no further details alongside the listed cost, we'd only be paying for a month at a time, cancellable at any time. While I am certain that these details might get shown on a purchase verification page prior to actually paying; an end user cannot simply trust that a purchase verification page will appear, especially not with all the other omitted details. Pros The software is easy to use with quick set-up and a free trials that on 03/06/2023 offers 30 free credits. Cons No support available. Online support absent. Prompted email support was without instruction/email address. FAQ did not answer my question. Terms of Service did not answer my question. If any chats are missed, we try to get back via email within 24 hours. Also, it seems like you had a chat with the live chat team on multiple occasions. Not sure why you said that we do not have any customer support. What exactly were you trying to get done that didn't service your purpose, I can try & help you with it. The credits are not vanishing. The credits are provided to you are on a subscription basis & they do not roll-over. If your subscription fails to renew, the credits are removed at the end of your current subscription cycle. September 24, 2022 5.0 I was scraping a facebook group for leads in under 5 minutes of getting started so I couldn't be happier with the turn around time. Pros I'm so happy I came across prospectss. The tool is so simple and easy to use (I mainly use it for email scraping across facebook groups or twitter profiles for lead generation) with the google chrome extension. Cons The product itself is incredible. You just have to realize that you are in control of the quality of leads it finds for you. Pros I love the fact that there are so many tools under one roof, although we don't have a use for most of them since our needs are very specific. We mostly use Find Emails and B2B Lead Search for our regional clients who want to penetrate a larger market while avoiding low level staff and go straight for the decision makers with their business proposal. Cons The tools sometimes do not give the results that we are looking for and the credits are wasted. So what was the point of the trial? I want to test if the quality of the leads will be good. Check how the data is organize.
