We travel internationally for work and staying connected is a critical aspect of the business. Pairing GroundWire with a voip service has been a great choice for our business. Tested many other services include Zoiper (paid $$ for that), nothing comes close to the ease of set up and reliability of GroundWire. Cons GW could set up additional documentation for major VOIP service providers. I can send and receive calls and texts, get voicemail, and store contacts in the app. I can also easily switch between numbers depending on which one I want to use. Call quality has been good, and I haven't really experienced any issues. Cons I wish there was a way to block callers within the app. I receive unwanted calls from wrong numbers or telemarketers and I don't think there is a way to block numbers within the app and instead I have to do it with the VoIP provider which is a hassel.
