Pros
It is very similar to Issuu, without the expensive price plan, lousy customer service and changing terms and conditions, where Issuu has disappointed me with in the last year.
Cons
Uploading files take a bit longer than Issuu, if I have to name a disadvantage. Which is not very big for me.

I was disappointed in the service of Issuu. Issuu changed the terms and conditions of their product during my subscription. Also, their customer service is very vague. And, I just think Issuu is expensive for what you get. FlipHTML5 is basically the same service as Issuu, but than WAY cheaper.

Excellent! Afterservice and support is the biggest issue with platforms these days. I can honestly say that the feedback and support has been nothing but stellar!
Pros
Ease of use. The system is straightforward to use and has each and every feature you can think of, just what I needed
Cons
Not much really. I would like to see a few technical upgrades but that is specific to my own projects. I have escalated this to them and they are happy to look into it for me

Brilliant. Customer service is second to none. Programme itself is easy to use, intuitive, easy to preview, quick to upload very large and image heavy PDF files.
Pros
After some considerable research into many similar products on the market, I went with FlipHTML5 for a variety of reasons. Cost, number of uploaded booklets and file sizes I could have at any one time, the ability to have an enbedded passwrod so my flipbooks remained private but the end user didnt need to type anything in to gain access... but most of all, I was swayed by the excellent customer service. I enquired about a few things before we signed up, and I got very swift (and very helpful) responses every time with step by step guidance with pictures on how to achieve what I wanted.
Cons
So far - nothing. Its done everything I need it to do, and I still feel like i have a lot to learn and expand into

Support has been very poor .. Issues and complaints were sent to support who promised to look into them but never got back to us . We plan to cancel .

It is easy to upload .. but very difficult for customers to downlaod See below ..
Cons
We have nothing but complaints from customers when they try to pay for one of our books . They are unable to down load the booklet and can extreme difficulty when using pay pal. Support promised many times to address the issue but has not gotten back to us . We had the same issues a few years ago and cancelled . We figured this year we would try again but very sorry to say we still have complaints from customers and probably cancel again in the next few days . Just can't have customers complaining they are unable to download. GS Prs.

In brief, I really like using FlipHTML5. It seems I cannot stop it once I start using it. I can use it for hours when I have a new book design and explore its features that can make the book more attractive and interesting.
Pros
I like FlipHTML5 because of its easy-used feature, especially for people like me who is far left behind in this fast-changing world of technology. By using FlipHTML5, I can design digital books - flipbooks- that look like printed books. And even when I want to move on to the next pages, I can just swipe the pages, like when I swipe the pages in the printed books. Besides, I can also easily insert audios and videos in the flipbooks that I have designed. It's so amazing for me, since I've never imagined that it's only a matter of 'a click of fingers" to operate audios, and even videos, in the books. So FlipHTML5 makes our life much easier by enabling us bringing a lot of information in the form of Links in our gadgets.
Cons
In terms of FlipHTML5 features, there is nothing that makes me unhappy. All the features amaze me and cannot stop me in using them.

Thus far, I have had a very positive experience with the platform. It works just as planned. Everyone from staff to our audience loves the convenience of having our program on their phones and tablets.
Pros
I am using this software to house our program for a large LA County event. I looked everywhere for something that would be fun for our audience and staff, and found FlipHTML5. We all love how fun it is to use and how beautifully it works on our cell phones.
Cons
So far I haven't found anything I don't like. It's a cool platform! I like all the tools and ability to customoze.

Pros
I am the CEO of STARDISK STUDIOS. We are a Model Agency and Marketing company at the Top of Tokyo. We've recently started a Fashion Magazine called STARDISK EXCHANGE. In order to ensure the highest quality to our audience, we needed a good platform. I honestly don't think I could have found a better one than FLIPHTML5. Go with them, you won't regret it!
Cons
There's this one bug that sometimes causes the pages to freeze when zooming in, leading the reader to have to refresh the page and start over. This needs swift attention. But other than that, FLIPHTML5 is all Aces!

I originally came across two other flipping catalog builders online. The first one was very expensive. The second one was better and I started using their trial version. Many months passed because my client went quiet for a long time (months in fact). Then, suddenly they wanted to get everything done. I asked the other company a few questions and they didn't even respond. That's when I decided to use FlipHTML5 and from there I can say that the whole project is a resounding success. I know this sounds a bit good to be true but it is genuinely correct. I've bought things over the Internet before and was unhappy with some of the results, but FlipHTML5 was a very good choice for me.
Pros
Without reading a manual I was able to jump right in and start setting up my client's flipping catalog. From the word go everything worked flawlessly and intuitively. When I presented the final product to my client she was very impressed and happy with the results. There were a few changes and I needed to contact support to ask for a bit of help and advice. The support was world-class because I was helped via email on a frequent basis and I was able to improve my catalog and the end result was that my client and her colleague are extremely satisfied with the catalog. Her colleague, who is the company Sales Manager, informed me that he emailed a few inactive clients who had stopped using their services to view the catalog. The results were dramatic because four of them starting using his company again after viewing the catalog online.
Cons
There was an issue with a PDF document that I wanted to link to the catalog but I was able to put the file in Google Docs so that resolved the issue. There were no other surprises or hiccups.
Reason for choosing FlipHTML5
The website of FlipHTML5 made me decide to try them. And I think the name persuaded me that things should work on HTML pages which is very important for me as a website designer. Their price was competitive. Now I know I made the right choice.

The ease of setting up and producing a very readable yet interesting Newsletters and other innovative flyers, posters, Enjoy designing many of the publicity items from our monthly newsletter to posters ,invitations and any publicity requirements. Love it

Nothing really ..the help pages are useful and with the varied choices from cover designs to small cards etc its my go to. I have found it easy to design all our Art Society requires and so enjoy the creative process...Love the designs, animations ..and the list goes on!!

We are currently a platinum member and I think we are going to be staying with this program for a while since it suits all of our needs.
Pros
I like the ease in which I can customize our catalogs for each brand using this software. We have six distinct brands and this software allows me to create a unique template for each brand and display them on their own bookshelf. I have utilized both the desktop and the web version for upload and I have rarely encountered any issues that weren't quickly solved via a quick email to support.
Cons
The organization of the interface can be a little confusing for new users but overall I found it easy to navigate after reading over the user manual and playing around in the program a bit.

Now that I solely use the online editor I love it. I do wish i could insert separate pdf files so that if i need to update just a page I can. Its a good thing i have Acrobate Pro so i can combine my pdf files into one before uploading otherwise this product would not work and i know for a fact that a lot of people do not have Acrobate Pro so i think the initial file upload should be changed to one where you can upload individual files that then get combined into the flipbook.
Pros
The ease of use on mobile device and how easily the flipbook can be shared.
Cons
The desktop version is awful so i suggest using online version all the way. The download process or initial setup was hard to understand. I think now in 2020 this should solely be used via the online editor and just ditch desktop versions because the desktop version is so outdated its not even worth it. So when i first started using this product i thought the desktop version was connect and the same as the online version and it took me a good week to fully understand that this was not the case so if i would have just been directed straight to the online editor or been given more clear understanding of online editor vs desktop then maybe it would have been more easy to understand. But yeah, getting started is very weird and unclear process.

How easy it is to get up to speed uinsg it. There are many options to customize the books. We are a non-profit and love working with the Flip HTML5 team.
Cons
There are no downsides to Flip HTML5. It exceeded our expectations. We looked at other software but Flip HTML5 loks and feels better from a user experience than the others.
