Pros Even though RetroTool is shamelessly simple tool - without beautiful design or advanced features - it servers for its purpose pretty well: you can setup board in few seconds, run remote retro seamlessly and then export notes with one click! Cons The design is kind of archaic, timer isn't visible/loud enough and cards grouping could work better. With corona we suddenly went out of the office into the virtual world. Since that retrotool has been one of my anchor tools to get the team(s) working :-) I also like the privacy thing with it. Without any need of registration but having a uniqe board ID. That's really great guys! Pros It really works as easy as a haptic board. Moreover it's basic principles (Board, Cards, some actions to the cards) enforces RetroTool to suite best to multifunctional purposes (e. g. brainstorm, guided "development" of user input, clustering and intentionally doing retros). I also like the "in private" creation and later publishing functionality and that easy mark down export. Cons I would like to see doubling of cards - that is something I am missing in my sessions.
