Pros

This program has been beneficial to the University as a whole. Glad I found it and that we brought it in to use. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been an amazing asset as well.

Cons

At first, it was difficult to get the program set up with our colors and design but I had lots of help along the way. Now it's smooth sailing.

It has allowed us to create a pool of fans and customers that we have access to for one reason or another, without having to constantly interact with them. For example, if we need to create an advertisement but we haven't run any advertisements on social in 2 months, we still have usable data (members of the program) in order to create a relevant audience for our ads.

Pros

I like the simplicity of the program. It's easy to use and has a good model for an effective, low-maintenance program.

Cons

When we have giveaways on top of the monthly prize/giveaway, sometimes the logistics of giving those additional prizes away gets difficult. I would like to see the ability for the typical monthly giveaway, but then also have the ability to do a giveaway for a specific action. For example, write a review to be entered to win an even GREATER prize than the normal monthly one.

Easy to use, Customer Success team is responsive, helpful and easy to talk to, platform is user friendly.

Cons

Wish there was a test feature to receive e-mails before they go out to thousands.
