Pros Multiple methods of integration were key to allow a staged switch over allowing a fast switch, before fully integrating the complete system. It works every time. The entire team is ready to help and add features when a business case exists. Cons Some of the documentation is geared to professionals with experience and not easily understood by the laymen.
