All other modules like HR, Finance management make our job much easier. Cons Features in payroll management could be improved like pay slip generation. Also leave management could be improved. This coupled with rigorous student documentation needs makes the whole job intricate, and can make or break the reputation of students, graduates, colleges and even our country. Complementary is the payments collection process that is staggered. By automating with the ERP, we have made the processes easy. Our staff is happy. There is Zero Defect in documentation. Process efficiency has improved by 70% and individual staff capacity of handling student dossiers has quadrupled. Our team is now confident that we are on the way of becoming the Dream Company we always wanted to be. Pros We liked the product vision and the roadmap. The speed of execution on the functionality/features has been very commendable. We like the Checklists functionality - helps us optimize and automate repetitive processes. We were able to integrate all aspects of our student diligence process and the payment collection process. We also like the fact that we do not need any other functionality to use for any aspect of the business. The integration with our existing systems like Google SUite was smooth. The system is maturing and we have seen the UX improving by leaps and bounds in the last two quarters. We are happy that we are using a best-of-breed software and our software costs are also under control. Cons We would like integration with accounting software, which is coming as per the roadmap. We also would like Kanban boards. We are looking for user manuals too. These two also are on the roadmap, we are told - we would like them to be accelerated.
