The setup was easy and we like the fact that WCT combines and aggregates all our affiliate channels into one intuitive dashboard, making it easy to spot gaps in our marketing strategy and adjust our funnel accordingly. We evaluated both Voluum and Trackonomics but we found the dashboard of WeCanTrack easier to use and the pricing more competitive. A great advantage of working with WeCanTrack is that they were both commercially and technically committed to help us reaching our online goals. Cons When we started we got stuck with the setup, but the team was helpful to assist so we could complete the setup after a certain point. Thanks! " February 27, 2023 2.0 Pros The software is easy to use, has good integrations and is decent enough. Cons My review goes to WeCanTrack team/support which absolutely disappointed me on all fronts, my partners and our users. We're a large firm in the marketing, Ad-Tech and education space and we were seeking cooperation opportunities in order to enroll ourselves (we have a 6 figure/week affiliate marketing business) and our students/users into their software/progress. Not only did they not show any sign of attempted cooperation, they plainly refused our (just regular) affiliate participation application, and ignored our emails purposely (with absolutely no reason, not once did we say anything negative) for 7-10 days at a time. While the software may be good, customer respect, customer experience and customer support/communicate is 0 stars in my book. We currently cooperate with over 30 different firms/services in the space successfully and I never had this kind of experience. Their software provides us with critical insights and data management flows for our business and they support this super well with first class customer support. Cons We are still looking for multi touch attribution which means we work between We Can Track and Google Analytics. Pros All the affiliate data gathered in one place, before using this software we would not even know where the conversions came from. Now we get detailed data about EPC, CR and other data that we can use to increase our turnover. Also very easy to connect to the affiliate platforms which is great. Love it! Cons Nothing we dislike really, we needed to update some links on our site which took some time but besides that the implementation was easy and effective. Because the dashboard pushes the data to Google's Datastudio, you can build your own dashboards in a very advanced way. It was exactly what we needed. We tried several other services (affluent, strackr, affilimate, trackonomics etc) but none of their dashboard tools fullfilled this need. The founder helped us during the onboarding in a very friendly and fast way. Cons Nothing we've seen so far, we really like the product. They can even create custom reports for you at an affordeable price. In comparison to other affiliate network aggregators, WeCanTrack is the best value for money, and is the only one which shows the negative numbers to improve your business. Pros We run a network of affiliate websites, and we needed an affordable reporting software, which not just show sales, but moreover negative numbers like "declined sales" etc. To know where to improve our websites, and why some campaigns have high numbers of declined sales. WeCanTrack is amazing, it does show all the numbers for an affiliate marketer to improve its websites. If you're looking for an end-to-end tracking software for your affiliate business, you've come to the right place! Pros I love that it provides us with end to end visibility of our funnel, which previously was impossible. This helps us improve our business and marketing decision making. It's a must have for any affiliate publisher. The customer support is also outstanding. Wecantrack really understood us as a business and helped us create the right reporting structure for us. From a dev perspective, we're also really pleased that the Wecantrack code is really clean with no impact on page speed, which was an critical requirement for us. We wanted to integrate the third party sales that we see on networks to Google Ads and Google Analytics. Earlier it seemed like I'll have to create some custom system for my website and the integrate networks. Which is a humongous task for startups like us. One day I saw an article on Admitad about WeCanTrack and used their one month trial and found out my perfect solution. Now, The best thing is I can run my Google ads campaign on CPA and ROAS which seems really tough when you are running campaigns for third party brands and you don't have conversion data directly. WCT is very simple in front but it's Google Analytics integration makes it extremely powerful. Now looking at my Analytics looks like I'm running my own e-commerce store ;). Cons There is nothing to complain about. Cause WCT's pricing and Support don't let me think about the cons. Reason for choosing wecantrack Beacuse of Google Analytics, and Google Ads integration. And on top of that a Wordpress Plugin for easy integration. Pros We can track helps us as an affiliate to price every single page and traffic source. We finally have the option to buy paid traffic and measure the ROI on each campaign. Cons The revenue per page report on Google Analytics has given us so much insights. We now know our content (blog) brings us significant share of income and can now target content according to most converting pages. Our JS tag and WP plugin should make the website connection process very simple, if that's not the case we'd like to know what issues you were facing so that we can further simplify that process. In regards to network connections, unfortunately there is no other way but asking for API credentials or providing a prepared Postback URL in order to set up a connection. If you were facing difficulties with this step, could you please let us know what exactly you found challenging? Please consider that data attribution and integration are complex processes which require a reasonable degree of setup from the client's end, which we already try to reduce as much as possible through our simplified website connection approach. Nice customerx experience and helped us see alot of new chances. Pros I had diffeculties seeing what page earned what income. I was doing alot of things, but I was doing it blindly. Wecantrack finally made me see what is effective. And what is not. Cons Integration with Amazon would be good. But I understand all companies have this problem. And i like what I can do with it now. But with so much data , I would say can do alot more. It would be nice for example if you could get a notifcation if a page is doing way worse than it did historically (for example the some month a year before). Than I could go and check out if I can correct it.
