Make sure anything you agree is in email and not verbal as they basically say you are lying and are ‘unable to contact any members of staff who have since left’ which is very convenient. Pros It was quick to get set up, looked good until we spent hours of time on the phone to customers as they found it very difficult to use Cons Appalling customer service, had 3 account managers over the last 2 years which no information seems to get relayed. Account managers are unable to solve problems they simply log tickets which your able to do yourself so is not helpful at all. Many glitches and bugs which don’t ever get an explanation. Customer journey is extremely difficult which I have been told they were trying to improve but I’m yet to seen any improvement. Reasons for choosing Sports Booker It was recommended.
