We also love the online booking system for our Gold Card members which saves us lots of time. We Pros Very easy to set up and administer. Particularly like the package option and the course bookings which were added specifically for us when we purchased almost 6 years ago. The support team are fantastic and really helpful although some of the team were not with the original company and so not quite familiar with some of the aspects of the software but our problems are always resolved to our satisfaction. Cons The training videos are out of date so we provide most of the training on the job, which can be difficult in a busy sports centre environment. This system is specifically designed for pre-booked and paid bookings which doesn't apply to all of our members but it was our choice to continue to use our system and Sportsbooker have tailored to suit our needs wherever possible. We would love a bit more flexibility on the messaging system - the choice to send messages by activity rather than across the board would be really useful. Pros The ease of use.I booked online for my gym and I had all my invoices paid through the app.I set some calendars and reminders for my sports events I'm personally interested in ,and I didn't miss a single one.The customer Support is amazing. Make sure anything you agree is in email and not verbal as they basically say you are lying and are ‘unable to contact any members of staff who have since left’ which is very convenient. Pros It was quick to get set up, looked good until we spent hours of time on the phone to customers as they found it very difficult to use Cons Appalling customer service, had 3 account managers over the last 2 years which no information seems to get relayed. Account managers are unable to solve problems they simply log tickets which your able to do yourself so is not helpful at all. Many glitches and bugs which don’t ever get an explanation. Customer journey is extremely difficult which I have been told they were trying to improve but I’m yet to seen any improvement. Reason for choosing Sports Booker It was recommended.
