They are very responsive and give meaningful answers. Worth a lot if you are a newbie to these systems like I was. It works as intended and it's up to you really after it has done it's work for you and saved many hours. Your actions after are what decides how well the leads convert. Great software and team. Can't wait to see where they are with this product in a year. Pros I went in being a bit sceptical to this software since I have used similar in the past that have not lived up the who they claimed. To my surprise Postaga has focused on a few key aspects of outreach and email marketing and done them so well that it is hard to argue that this is one of the best of it's kind out there. There are a few major functions that worked perfectly such as the campaign manager and maker which is a breeze to set up and then the actual outreach and drip campaigns you can add after finding your prospects. Finding what you need is as easy as putting a domain in a field and you will see a simple list of connected and possible leads. I enjoy the ux. Well designed with no distractions and an easy to follow dashboard. With all the best and whistles of other softwares that do them well postage has focused on a few and do them very well. Cons I did not enjoy the color palette much and I think there is room for improvement in the ui department. Ux is great in general. I can't find much to complain about the actual product. It does what it claims. No fuzz. So Postaga was an instant hit for me. I wish the UX would get more polish, but otherwise I am very happy. Pros Getting backlinks from other websites is a chore. I know who are my peers and competitors. I know where I want a backlink for my own site. But only 'after' mind-numbing research hours. Postaga neatly cut that part out. It can easily pull up a list of websites based on my keywords and tries to find me the contact info too. I had other email marketing tools, but Postaga can do that internally as well. start to finish outreach campaign done from the same app, with very little effort - best kind of effort ;) Cons The UX is a little hard to bite through, especially for new marketers. It is great that we have all the meta fields and customization options on the same page. But going through 8 steps, 6 of which has complex settings, was a bit difficult for me to get used to. I'm definitely interested to see where it goes next. Pros I love that Postaga helps gather useful data — like the name and email of a writer whose article you linked to in a piece of content. It saves so much time and simplifies the outreach process. It also suggests language to use in outreach thanks to built-in templates. You can add personalization yourself or not but Postaga makes it easy to incorporate basic personalization via merge tags. Cons It's a new tool so some of the data (author names/emails) is incomplete — but with time, I can see how this will only continue to get better! Pros They have bundled together all the different parts of outreach and link building so that you only need to use one piece of software. Postaga will choose a campaign type, find prospects, they will find and verify email contacts via Hunter.io integration and they have pre written templates, scripts and automated email sequences and campaign analytics. Cons I can't find anything to dislike. You can use all the pre built campaign templates or customise your own email list and campaign script. Pros It saves me hours every week and it outlines clear outreach strategies (skyscraper technique, guest posting, etc.). I was doing manual outreach before using Postaga, so finding this tool was a blessing. Also the SMTP was done in less than 2 minutes (unlike similar tools) and without even logging out of my dashboard. It basically combines an e-mail verifier, a google searcher and mail-merge tool in one suite. Cons Probably the design. It still needs to be polished. And the snippets option (in other languages) still needs to be fully developed. I don´t currently mind because I do read all the articles I reach out to, but it would definitely help a lot once it is fully operational in my language. Internet solved many problems and lowered costs but there are still some issues like finding good partners/clients. Contact by email is a good start but after some time becomes very non-productive. Having a solution like this one is a step in good direction. Pros Campaign tool maker is a fantastic feature for anyone (like me) that is new to this promotional activity/tool. Less stress, less insecurities, less problems. Cons This online solution is limited in sectors that are not so internet oriented, like small building or installation companies that have very limited internet "footprint". Cons So far, I have not found something I do not like. I am in the IT field so what may bug others do not necessarily bug me.
