We are using since 2020-21, its easy to use. Immediate customer support, value for money, Comfortable invoicing. Can add team members easily.

Increasing Subscription fee simultaneously is pathetic.last time we have subscribed as per advice of advisor after watching the new item Scan the bills. Now billbook management is asking extra charge for this. Being an clients of initial time we are not expecting this.

There are very very minor changes need to be done 1. While creating users , for inventory admin role we should have options to enable/disable product cost incoming rates .. this way employee don’t know what is the product incoming values 2. You have very useful website option , which is very good but you can offer two more additional features to be able to use it more practical A. Introduce sub category option B. In case if im applying discount on entire store items , this change is reflecting during the invoice but same not working for website users . Whatever the selling price - same value it shows during check out … you need to make that component universal like both places normal invoicing and website checkout times . C. Also if we apply some discount on products , in website below the particular product that discount value or percentage should be displayed for the practical experience

A billing software’s core job is accurate calculations—if it can’t compute correctly, it fails its primary purpose

Pros

I like the flexibility to edit and modify invoices from any device, which makes managing bills on the go very convenient.

Cons

They made repeated calculation errors that cost me thousands. While they acknowledged it was their fault—which is appreciated—there’s no resolution on who will compensate for the losses caused by their mistakes.

Apart from the UI, nothing is being upto the mark. They don’t follow their SLA, they don’t have a courtesy to call their customer back to provide any updates. Everytime we have to call them and ask them for the updates. And sometimes, they disconnect the call, and never call back! In one line - If you don’t value your time, you can go ahead and opt for MyBillBook. Or if you value your time, please go for a well renowned software.

Pros

Using it since a year now, UI is a plus point due to which I bought this. But rest of the things are pretty messed up.

Cons

Apart from the UI, everything is messed up. They usually take around 3-4 months to resolve the issue. And they won’t give you any guarantees to resolve it. Pathetic experience, pathetic development team, who never resolve a bug on time. They never call on their own to provide any updates on the issue. When they push any update to their app, once we install it, all the settings will be reset. And every time we have to configure the settings. Worst experience ever!!!

Not worrying about dissatisfactions & Loosing of Customers

Cons

Customer support & technical team are not capable of resolving issues. Support team will escape from the problems by saying temporary solutions like network issue & program coding. The teams are well trained for argument rather than understanding the needs or pain of the customer. No Solution will be provided technically.

Overall experience is decent but there are a few painpoints that need to be urgently looked at. This is a very good application and I appreciate what FloBiz is trying to do for the small business community. However, I cannot call it "great" yet because of these little issues that I mentioned above.

Pros

This software is easy to use and versatile. It follows regulations and continuously gets updated to ensure further ease of use for businesses. Since ours is a small business, this versatility enables us to ensure different departments operate seamlessly. The UI is also user-friendly and changes to the UI or software are tutorialised well if needed. It's a relatively reliable software with ease of contacting customer support as well.

Cons

Software compatibility between MBB and Tally could be improved. Some changes with respect to printing of duplicates and triplicates needs to be made and is a consistent point of concern with the application. There is also the issue of e-invoicing details appearing at the bottom of the invoice as opposed to the top. This format cannot be changed either. Additionally, most customer service executives behave like robots and are unable to provide solutions to most problems when contacted. The sales team and the technical team has a disconnect and when asking for a demo of any new feature (for example Tally Connect), the sales executive is not able to provide a proper demo. These silos need to be looked at. Lastly, the mobile application is very different from the web application and after repeatedly pointing these issues out, there is no resolution for the same. The desktop app is also always a beta version and has many issues, rendering it useless as a replacement for the web app.
