It has made our life easier and no matter where an employee is located, we can keep track and in touch with them real-time.

Pros

We can easily allocate tasks for multiple project teams and tracking is easy. Calls are also a huge added advantage.

Cons

I cant seem to find anything to dislike about the program.

Avaya Spaces is used by our IT department to hold virtual meetings both internally and with clients. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we started to work from home and Avaya Spaces helped us a lot in collaboration and keeping in touch and aligning activities and projects.

Pros

Avaya Spaces has helped to keep me always connected and in touch with my team and clients with online meetings. The software is very intuitive and user-friendly, easy to use. We use screen sharing features, files, chat to make presentations.

Cons

Avaya Spaces needs better documentation and develop more usage tutorials for more novice users.

I used Spaces and found it it was easy to use, but not as easy as other cloud solutions

Pros

This is a good solution if you prefer to use Avaya exclusively instead of using Zoom or Slack or other cloud solutions

Cons

This is a solution that has does appear to be widely used but does work according to recent feedback.
