The ability of Atom.ai to automate interactions has freed our team's time and focus, allowing them to concentrate more on strategic tasks, while the platform efficiently handles initial inquiries and follow-ups. This automation resulted in improved response times and a smoother experience for our customers.

Pros

Helping us to streamline and improve our clients' chat experience on Meta and our customer support site has really been a gamechanger. The integration with Facebook and WhatsApp was probably my top feature.

Cons

There are still a few bugs and glitches with the software, and issue resolution was a little slower than I would have preferred.

Nuestra experiencia con ATOM CHAT no fue satisfactoria. La principal razón para dejar de usar el servicio fueron las deficiencias en el acompañamiento para resolver problemas técnicos. En varias ocasiones solicitamos soporte y no encontramos una atención oportuna ni soluciones claras. Solicitamos la desconexión del servicio de manera ordenada, pero esta se realizó de forma intempestiva y sin coordinación, lo que nos dejó sin posibilidad de atender a nuestros clientes y ocasionó pérdidas en ventas. Este tipo de manejo genera desconfianza y afecta gravemente la operación. La comunicación con el equipo de soporte ha sido limitada y poco efectiva. Hasta el momento, no he logrado establecer un canal adecuado para presentar una queja formal ni obtener una respuesta satisfactoria. Considero que hay aspectos importantes por mejorar, especialmente en la atención al cliente, la transparencia y la continuidad del servicio.

Me parece que la Plataforma es bastante buena, y tiene potencial, si se aprovecha de la manera adecuada

Cons

Servicio y acompañamiento muy deficiente, la plataforma tiene buenas posibilidades pero el servicio post venta no es bueno.

Pros

Atom is a good product, it is intuitive and feels very productive. The way that it works is the bots give side strategic suggestions and during the lifecycles of product implementation or Sales.

Cons

As someone that is Neurodivergent, at times I would prefer for the wording the bot creates to be a bit more direct.

Atom m'offre une expérience hautement personnalisable. Des thèmes et des packages étendus permettent d'ajuster l'éditeur selon mes préférences. Aussi, La communauté Atom est dynamique, m'offrant un support actif et une variété de packages développés par des tiers, enrichissant ainsi l'écosystème.

Cons

Le démarrage initial d'Atom est lent comparé à certains éditeurs comme sublime text par exemple, bien que cela puisse être compensé par sa performance une fois lancé.

Nice. Modern. Easy to use social chat services integration application with extended function like custom Chatbot and chat history.

Pros

Atom connects all of your company social chats services into one service with enhanced features. For example I like the function where you can set up a chatbot. Another useful feature is chat history. It is perfect when you need to review your past actions with some customer. Application usage is smooth and provides modern fast learning experience.

Cons

The application is a bit new and have some small bugs but the overall experience is perfect.

Pros

Atom chat bot is our daily necessary companion when it comes to technology world. F or the first time I thought that i won't be able to use it because of the first time with chat bots, but as started to get familiar with it, i got carried away with how smooth it i to use with a user-friendly interface and also how good it is when it comes to it's speech recognition system.

Cons

Most of the times we believe in technological softwares because they are able to perform what we're not capable of doing but atom has also some downs like how it can be accessed on web only, not on android or iPhone's store. The other issue is about how it is difficult for users for their first time to work with it.
