Compared to, say, Canva’s responsive chat support or Adobe’s endless but at least reachable helplines, Designrr feels like you’re shouting into a canyon and hoping for an echo. **Pros:** Be careful about hidden traps, like the teeny-tiny opt-in recurring subscription authorization at the bottom of the subscription agreement. The templates looks beatiful when you are shopping for the software only to find put the $27 investment gives you crappy templates and was not able to upload my book to fill the pages of the template.
