Nothing is hidden in some weird menu that does not make sense, and if you are lost customer support has been quick to respond and help out. Cons Could just be user error but the differentiation in programming interface with in-person and online/hybrid clients is minimal and I'd like a little bit more. Making the switch was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my coaching business, and I don’t see myself moving to another platform anytime soon. What has impressed me most is the support. Anytime I’ve had a question, run into an issue, or needed guidance, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. There have been times when I was navigating challenges within my business, and having a responsive support team made a huge difference. I also appreciate the extensive resource library and educational content available. It feels like Everfit is invested not only in improving the platform but also in helping coaches grow their businesses. The main area where I would love to see continued development is endurance coaching. As a coach who specializes in hiking, running, ultras, backpacking, and endurance athletes, I find Everfit excels in the general fitness space but has an opportunity to expand its endurance-specific capabilities. Better integrations with Garmin, Strava, and endurance-focused watches, along with improved visibility of training data and performance metrics, would make a significant difference for coaches working in this niche. With the growing popularity of endurance sports, I believe adding these features would allow Everfit to serve an even wider range of coaches while strengthening what is already an excellent platform. Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with my experience. The platform has streamlined my business, improved my client experience, and given me access to tools and support that have helped me continue to grow as a coach. Pros The biggest reason I switched from Trainerize was that Everfit offers a true all-in-one coaching platform. I no longer need separate tools for check-ins, forms, and contracts which makes the experience much smoother for both me and my clients. I also love how responsive the support team is. Whenever I’ve had questions, I’ve typically received a reply the same day, which is incredibly valuable when you’re running a coaching business. The platform is intuitive, professional, and includes thoughtful features like the ability to change terminology from “client” to “athlete,” which better reflects my coaching style and audience. Cons My biggest challenge with Everfit is the lack of customization compared to Trainerize. Trainerize offered a stronger white-label experience and more branding options, which I would love to see added to Everfit. I also find the pricing can become expensive as your business grows, since additional features often require upgrading to higher-tier plans or purchasing add-ons. Cons One area that could improve is long term client data tracking. While the platform does a solid job with day to day use, gathering and reviewing full client history over extended periods can sometimes be a bit challenging. Having more seamless access to lifetime data trends would make it even stronger for coaches who want deeper long term insights. I met with the founders back in 2019 when the app was just getting launched. It's great to see what they've built. I use it daily for work now, have had multiple assistant coaches on it, they all love it. I don't ever hear complaints about it from my athletes or clients - which is a good sign. I use it for my own training, so I stay familiar with the user interface. It's set up well for growing with you as a coach and they really are committed to customer care. Pros I’ve been using Everfit for both my coaching practice and corporate wellness programs for years, and it’s been a great fit across the board. The platform covers all the essentials—programming, client communication, and tracking—while also offering strong on-demand studio features, recipe books, and meal planning tools that add real value for clients. What stands out most is how responsive the team is. Customer service is excellent, they actively listen to feedback, and the platform continues to improve in meaningful ways. The trainings through Everfit Academy are also a huge plus—helpful, practical, and easy to implement. Payment processing is seamless, and overall, it’s been a reliable, professional solution. For my corporate clients, I have the white-labeled version. It looks great, very professional. The Everfit team makes the development and maintenance possible for somebody like me who doens't have a tech background. Most importantly, my athletes and clients genuinely enjoy using it, which makes a big difference in engagement and retention. Cons It's robust, so taking the time to learn the features is important. Everfit Academy is a great resource. The white label version is pricey, which makes sense for what it is - but I think the regular version is a great value. Payment processing fees for in-app payments take a significant share of your earnings, but I've researched alternatives, and using Everfit for this still makes the most sense. It's not HIPAA compliant, which was a consideration for my corporate clients. But this can be navigated within the framework of "coaching" not clinical practice, even when some of my team/coaches are clinicians.
