### "Simple, Effective, and Client-Friendly"

March 19, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Everfit has been excellent. Everfit has been a reliable and effective tool for running my coaching business more efficiently.

Pros

It’s smooth and easy on my end, but what I value most is how user-friendly it is for my clients. If they can use it consistently without friction, everything else works better—and Everfit delivers on that.

Cons

Some advanced customization options and integrations could be expanded to give coaches even more flexibility as they scale and automate their systems. But None that have negatively impacted my experience so far.

### "An Essential Tool for Delivering Real Client Results"

May 5, 2026

5.0

My overall experience has been very positive. It’s become an important part of how we deliver results at our gym, especially for clients who are new to training. The platform keeps things simple while still providing enough depth to add value over time. It allows us to stay connected with clients outside of sessions, track progress effectively, and build consistency — which is ultimately what drives results.

Pros

Very easy to use for both coach and client. My clients get a lot of value from features like workout logging, calorie tracking, and recipes without feeling overwhelmed. It helps us deliver a more complete coaching experience and keeps clients engaged, motivated, and accountable week to week.

Cons

Like any platform, there are small areas that could be refined, but nothing that impacts the overall experience. Most updates seem to continuously improve usability, which is great to see.

### "Perhaps the worst billing in the industry!"

May 1, 2025

1.0

80% negative. Nobody ever enjoys reaching out any Billing Dept. and I had to to do that 3 times, and they started billing me again 4 months later!

Pros

Highly customizable. Having the ability to record my own videos and share them was very useful.

Cons

Billing! It took me 3 times to cancel and - 4 months later - they started billing me again! ARGGGH!!!

### "OUTSTANDING PRODUCT FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO ADD APP PROGRAMMING INTO THEIR BUSINESS"

February 27, 2026

5.0

It simplifies my programming, I have a much easier way of tracking my client progress, and the interface is extremely user friendly on the coach side and the client side. Pricing is also quite in line with value as it is extremely affordable and their customer service is amazing (quick to repsond to inquiries and they are always professional & courteous)

Pros

This has simplified my programming so much! Easy to use andexcellent client service when I need help! Tracking my client progress is so much easier now and the interface for coach and client are very user friendly. It allows me to focus more on my clients!

Cons

There isn't anything that stands out. I think it's fantastic. The only thing I would have liked is an option for adding 5 clients at a time on the Pro Plan

### "The cleanest, most flexible coaching platform I've used"

May 7, 2026

5.0

Overall I'm very satisfied. Everfit has become the backbone of how I deliver my coaching program. Programming, habits, education, community, and client communication all run through it, and my clients have a clean, professional experience on their end. The quirks I've run into are minor compared to what the platform does well, and the speed and flexibility of building programs alone has saved me a meaningful amount of time each week.

Pros

I love how much it consolidates into one place. As a behavior change coach, I'm running structured programming, habit tracking, check-ins, food journals/macros, and a resource library all from the same platform and my clients access everything through one custom portal. The community forum and inbox keep coach-client communication and group engagement in the same ecosystem, so I'm not duct-taping five different tools together. The UI is very clean and intuitive, which I don't say lightly because most coaching platforms feel like they were designed in 2010. Programming workouts in Everfit is significantly faster and more flexible than in any other app I've tried; exercise libraries, video demos, warm-ups, and form notes are all easy to build out and reuse. Setting up educational content to drip out over time has also been a huge win for the structured curriculum side of my business.

Cons

Mostly small workflow frictions rather than anything fundamental. A few that come up regularly: ~I can't assign resources as tasks on the calendar or send them directly through the inbox, which means an extra step every time I want a client to actually engage with educational content. ~Default exercise notes don't update when I swap an exercise inside a program unless I've cleared the notes field first; easy to forget, annoying to fix after the fact. ~Tasks can only be assigned up to 6 months out, which is limiting when I'm planning further ahead for long-term clients. ~Audio messages cap at 60 seconds per clip, so anything longer has to be broken up. ~Video upload size limits are lower than I'd like for higher-quality demos or longer educational content. None of these are dealbreakers, just the kind of small paper cuts that add up over a busy programming week.

Client experience; the UI was terrible on FCP (Fit Coach Pro - no longer exists) and clients disliked it and Train Heroic isn't comprehensive enough (doesn't include nutrition, habits, resources, etc.)

### "Powerful Coaching Platform That Scales With You"

May 4, 2026

5.0

Overall, my experience with Everfit has been very positive. It’s a solid platform that allows you to present your coaching in a professional, premium way while giving you tools to grow beyond just 1-on-1 sessions. It’s not the cheapest or simplest option out there, but if you’re serious about building a structured coaching business and scaling it, it’s absolutely worth it. The key is to actually use its full potential — otherwise, you’re underutilizing what you’re paying for.

Pros

I’ve been using Everfit for my online coaching business, and overall it’s been a strong, reliable platform that helped me level up how I deliver programs and manage clients. Everfit really shines when it comes to structure and professionalism. The workout builder is clean and intuitive, which makes it easy to create programs that actually look and feel high-end for clients. The client app experience is smooth — everything from tracking workouts to messaging feels streamlined and modern. Another big advantage is scalability. Whether you’re working with a handful of clients or growing toward a larger roster, Everfit supports that transition well. Features like on-demand programs and automated flows (once set up properly) allow you to move beyond just trading time for money. I also like that it keeps everything in one place — training, communication, progress tracking — which reduces friction for both coach and client.

Cons

Pricing can feel a bit layered. As your business grows, you’ll likely need add-ons (like advanced automation or higher client limits), and those costs stack up quickly.

### "Great app that’s easy and as affordable as you want it to be. "

March 18, 2026

5.0

Excellent! Everfit makes me enjoy programming without it taking up hours of my day. My clients find it easy to use and it’s helped me to build a great community with the forum.

Pros

Everfit is very user friendly for both trainers and clients. There are so many great features that my clients love such as the recipes and how it tells them the equivalent of what they have lifted at the end of the session EG 3 crocodiles.

Cons

There isn’t anything I don’t like about this app and I’ve tried several other big name apps before settling with Everfit

### "Not only great for coaches, but for clients too"

May 4, 2026

5.0

Happy with Everfit overall. Yes it is a bit more expensive, but the value I can put and for the facility, it's really nice. It is easy to program, to put task and it's super clear for my clients too.

Pros

It is really user friendly. I had tested a lot of other app before this one and it was a no brainer for me to stay with Everfit. My clients actually love the interface, the community forum and all the app connections they can connect with their profile.

Cons

The cost is actually a bit expensive for sure. If you want to build something really great for your client, you need to pay a lot of adds-on directly on the app. Like the autoflow, the ressources collections and other bonus. The fact that I can't really personalized meal plan for my client without paying extra, it's something that I don't really like.

### "Stop looking anywhere else- this is the app for all Coaches!"

May 1, 2026

5.0

Great value for money, I feel confident in growing my business with this platform, any issues or questions were always dealt with quickly. The best part is the app is always evolving making the experience even better. Could not recommend enough!

Pros

It’s easy to use and it saves me so much time programming a large number or clients. I love that the platform supports you through growth with tools that allow automation and having everything in one place including payments.

Cons

I’d love there to be more insights on retention and general stats so you can self monitor easier. But to be honest it’s very little I’d improve on - it’s a great tool to be able to deliver great service for my clients.

### "The best app for your coaching business!"

May 7, 2026

5.0

Overall my experience has been amazing, and my client's really enjoy this app. I have recommended it to many others coaches.

Pros

I love that the app is constantly updating with new features! With a fully custom app you have to pay mega money for upgrades. I also love how clean and streamline it is. My clients who have tried other apps always comment on how aesthetic and user friendly this one is. I believe the money for the value is worth it. I have been able to expand my business a lot because of everfit! Customer support also always answers almost immediately.

Cons

If I am being picky, I wish the macro tracking in app was better so that my clients could use that instead of MFP. But I like that the app links with MFP so I can see their food choices through that.

### "If you’re serious about your business, it's worth using Everfit to up your game"

November 28, 2025

5.0

EverFit is one of the best software programs available, running smoothly, is easy to follow, and has a visually appealing interface. I love that they are constantly making it better. It's definitely the best fitness app available for fitness professionals.

Pros

It’s simple and easy for my clients to understand, and it runs smoothly without any bugs or problems. Additionally, it makes my job as a coach easier by allowing me to write programs and effectively coach clients. Over the years, I have used lots of different versions of the big brands ups and I’ve got frustrated and then moved on to another one and I found that they have made life harder running the business instead of easier; however ever fit has been the opposite and has made my life easier and is how the software should be running but they don’t. I also appreciate how they continually update and add new features, striving to make it better than other platforms.

Cons

My biggest bugbear is that Everfit itself is quite expensive, which I don’t mind paying for. However, what annoys me the most is the numerous add-ons that you have to pay for, which significantly increase the overall cost.

December 20, 2025

5.0

Everfit has given me the confidence I need to run my own successful online fitness business. I look forward to growing my client base through this platform for many years to come.

Pros

I love how intuitive the platform is and how fast support helps me with any questions I have. The response time and intuitive nature of this platform makes it easy for me to bring the most value to my clients.

### "EverFit Helps Me Deliver a Professional Coaching Business"

November 20, 2025

4.0

It has been the best app I have used by far, very user friendly both for myself and clients. It does everything it needs and more for me to be able to run an efficient and professional coaching business and have all elements in one place.

Pros

Really useful to manage my business in one place and provide a professional service to my clients. I find the Resources Section useful. Customer support have always been very helpful and response time efficient. I also like that feedback is acted upon and the platform is continuously being upgraded. My clients really like the visual animals at the end of their workouts. I also like that I can upload my own video tutorials for both exercise demonstrations and resources.

Cons

The initial loading time can be quite slow. I would like to be able to uploaded more resources into folders. The cap can be quite limiting. I purchased the billing / packages bolt on but it didn't not work so that was a waste of money.

### "A solid platform that is always improving"

November 14, 2025

4.0

Positive. I really appreciate how motivated Everfit is to self improvement. I haven't loved execution on all features, but it's this drive to improve that has kept me on board

Pros

Everfit has a wide range of features and continuously looks to improve. The calendar view along with the view that allows for progressive overload across multiple workouts in one screen is huge.

Cons

Altho the ai workout builder as it stands now is not useful. It sounds like they are improving however. I think the ai builder should first create a draft workout based on a simple request, like upper body routine with 4 supersetted exercises for example, then the coach can go through and modify before publishing it.

### "The Gold Standard for Fitness Coaching Apps"

November 21, 2025

5.0

Honestly, EverFit has been a very great experience for my business. I've scaled almost 4x since moving to EverFit. Super clean interface, professional packaging, and landing pages. Just overall a pleasure.

Pros

What I really like about EverFit is how clean, sleek, and professional it feels. It doesn’t bug out, it runs smoothly, and it has a ton of features I actually use every single day in my business. It makes everything feel organized and dialed-in, which is huge for me as a coach juggling a lot of moving parts.

Cons

What I liked least about EverFit is the pricing. Some of their subscription models feel a little over-the-top, and the overall cost sits on the higher end. It’s a great platform, but I do feel like the price could be a bit more competitive.

Switched from

At the end of the day, it just supports my business better.

### "Everfit: The Best Software for Coaching"

November 7, 2025

5.0

Yeah brilliant, super happy and wont be tempted to even entertain a new app or system should one come out because this is literally everything.

Pros

I've tried every training platform out there and can honestly say Everfit is the best by a country mile. Its SUPER easy to use for both me and my clients and has all the features I need. I use it for weekly check ins and assigning workouts to my clients and i can see at a glance how my clients are doing as it pulls all the data and presents it in the clients profile page!

Cons

Initially i was going to write the pricing structure here but now that i think about it the way they do it is actually better. Most others (you probably even do it in your own PT business ;) ) have about three tiers you can pick from and if you want the stuff in the higher tier you need to upgrade. Everfit flips this by charging you only for your clients and essential features, then offers you Bolt On style options so you can customise the plan to only give you what you need, instead of upgrading and being forced to pay for stuff you dont need!

### "Great software!"

November 17, 2025

4.0

Overall I'd give Everfit 8/10. The support response has been great. They have a feature list and system that seems to work well for implementing needed tweaks.

Pros

Somewhat intuitive UI. Modern looks and constant updates. A relatively short learning curve with plenty of functionality. Easy metric management and exercise data. Payment and billing is a reasonable add-on. Value for the expense seems to be equivalent.

Cons

The exercise library can be cumbersome at times. Lots of duplicates and specific exercises. Currently no way to export anything into excel or csv files. Occasionally there will be a few bugs here and there that put a damper on things. Meal planning is not it's strong suit although they put a lot of focus on it instead of training and metric portions. A lot of small functions that make large usability impacts are missing.

It's been overall positive; they are doing lots of updates and giving long trial periods. Also, lots of live webinars on how to use features that are also available afterward.

Pros

I was initially drawn in by the free use for up to 5 clients, and stayed for the simple, clean software. My clients prefer it to other options, and they keep doing updates, making it better!

Cons

I would like to see a habit tracking option for step count that syncs straight from the wearables. Currently, there isn't a step tracking habit tracker at all. Also, if a person buys a running program from me on the app, they have to be listed as an active client, so even though I am not coaching them, they are taking space in the roster.. I'd like to see that changed. Otherwise, it makes more sense to use Excel spreadsheets..

November 19, 2025

Excellent customer service, communication skills. Constant improvement of the site and app. Just an all round excellent fitness app. It's like having your on PA reminding you of your sessions for clients, programming is super easy and makes coaching clients so much easier.

Pros

They are constantly improving their service and always willing to listen to their customers. I have been with Everfit for a number of years now and have alway been impressed with their speedy response to help, their ongoing support and training courses to help you improve your own services. By far the best fitness app I have used and I did a lot of research.

Cons

I genuinely really like EverFit. It's an app that has made my coaching more organized and my clients love it too. Plus, it's easy to use for me & my clients no matter their tech background. And I have and will continue to genuinely recommend this to other coaches that I know.

Pros

EverFit has been an exceptional addition to my business. It allows me to organize my programs and clients better, automate payments, and my clients love the post workout animal weights and workout tracking. It also gives me easy ways to check in and communicate with my clients.

Cons

I think my least favorite thing is the timers in app. They don't really work for my clients or myself. It would be nice if there could be a countdown feature so it could be more functional.

It has been great and easy to use and the clients on board enjoy the app and its features that are provided when using it

Pros

I like Everfits pricing as it lets me scale with the amount of clients I have, also makes it easy to set up payment plans and bill according and the ease of use that Everfit provides for me to be able to serve each client

Cons

The things I don’t like are primarily in the app on the phone such as note being able to make notes for clients on the phone app and dark mode aswell

Reason for choosing Everfit

The ease of use Everfit provided was much preferred over trainerize

### "An awesome coaching app"

June 19, 2025

5.0

Happy, clients like it, I moved from True Coach and no one complained. The app branding gives it that extra touch too

Pros

The amount of features it has. The education library is great as you can segment it for clients on specific areas. Coaching is simple and you can move workouts about with drag and drop functionality etc. Tracking macros that are linked up to MFP is great, metrics and the client dashboard is awesome too The customer support is always very fast and give you great insights if you are missing something. They are also pretty good at constantly adding little features requested by users.

Cons

The only thing is if a client misses a week and wants to repeat, I have to move each week individually instead of skipping the whole workout block forward 1 week. If it's a 16 week program that can be a good number of weeks to move. But it's simple enough, just copy and paste from the last week and do it that way.

TC weren't updating features frequently enough and the load tracking wasn't great.

### "Everfit has been a game changer for my online fitness business "

May 15, 2025

5.0

As an online fitness coach, delivering high-quality, personalized programs at scale is non-negotiable—and Everfit makes that not only possible but seamless. The platform is incredibly intuitive, allowing me to create and deliver custom workouts, track client progress, and manage communication all in one place. The ability to brand the app with my own logo and colors has added a level of professionalism that truly sets my services apart. Everfit’s innovation lies in how they’ve built a powerful system that doesn’t feel overwhelming. Whether it’s scheduling workouts, automating habit coaching, or integrating progress photos and metrics, every feature is thoughtfully designed for both coaches and clients. My clients constantly rave about how easy it is to use, which means fewer tech headaches and more focus on results. What I appreciate most is that Everfit keeps evolving. They’re always releasing updates that reflect real coach feedback, and that shows me they’re in this for the long haul. If you're a coach looking to streamline your workflow, scale your impact, and deliver a premium client experience, Everfit is hands down the best platform out there. – Coach Don, Cornerstone Fitness cornerstonefitnessny.com

Cons

I can't really think of anything that I dislike about the app at the moment. With the constant updates, things I didn't like it wish your offered has changed to enhance the experience.

### "My humble honest experience with Everfit"

March 5, 2026

4.0

Makes me want to continue coaching for a long time - a great tool which empowers the coach rather than limiting. Will keep evolving and adapting the more time you put into it. The means by which I achieve great results for my clients

Pros

I love the customisation possible for the coach I love how it looks for the client - Good UI Excellent customer support - very responsive Marketplace system is very complementary to the coaching app Progressive overload system Just seem like nice people developing a great app

Cons

Few weird limitations i.e. only being able to display 4 fields (weight, reps, set, %1RM). Would benefit from limitless fields. 5 fields is necessary in my opinion as RIR is necessary to guide client intensity (while still being able to keep the useful %1RM feature!) Data logging. When you submit a workout, the data from that workout is not properly editable. There is an 'edit workout result' button but it does not reflect in the exercise's history

### "User-friendly and Efficient"

February 24, 2026

4.0

I have had a great experience overall with Everfit. They are quite quick to respond to any questions, etc.

Pros

I have used both Everfit and Trainerize but found Trainerize to be very glitchy when creating my clients' programs. I decided to try Everfit as I had used it as a client in the past. I find Ever fit to be much more user-friendly and have not had any issues with glitches, etc, which has saved me so much TIME!

Cons

I don't love that I can't see an estimate of the time it will take a client to perform a training session. They always ask, roughly how long it should take, and I wish they could just see "Approximately 45 min" or something.

Trainerize was super glitchy in programming!
