December 11, 2020 5.0 They are VERY quick to respond and always have an answer. I was able to talk to the creators and their vision for future features is everything we want! Pros The exercise, workout, and program builder are VERY intuitive and customizable. This platform has everthing that we were looking for in a software. The overall design is pleasing, the number of items we can easily track from nutrition with MyFitnessPal, habit tracking, workout progressions. I even love the ability to quickly add programs into a client's account. Cons I would love a way to charge people inside of the platform. I am also looking forward to a white label version of their app so that I can completely customize the software. I’ve tried almost every software that’s on the market, and nothing comes close to Everfit! Everfit is a game changer on so many fronts! Pros The simplicity of platform and app. I tried others and they were just complicated to look at and work. Everfit did a great job on making product easy to use and I actually get excited to get on and do work. Cons I just wish they had more document integration but they said this was coming. Also think it is a little pricey but It’s truly is a great platform! It makes it easy for me to help people achieve their wellness goals, no matter where they are. Pros I love that I can build customized programs for each client using this platform. My programs include videos, audio, and images. I can create amazing interactive experiences using the tools available in Everfit. My clients also really love the ease of use. Cons Longing for the release of the flexible start date autoflow. I would also love to see more video workouts, versus just video demos. Personally and from client feedback, we prefer to have for example a 20 full-body workout that is 1 video versus a demo video for each move. Pros I love how Everfit is SO easy for new clients to figure out and navigate. I've only had a few issues with people not understanding how to use it, but even then, they pick up quickly. The ease of use is awesome for adherance and accountability and helps me see updates to workouts and food journals in real-time. The ease of scheduling and designing workouts saves me a ton of headache every week, especially as my client base grows. Thanks Everfit! Cons I am looking forward to seeing all the new features rolling out. This software is straightforward and simple to use from both the coach's and client's side. Cons I don't have anything bad to say about this software. They are coming out with updates all the time and I look forward to what else they plan to bring. It would be great if they could do a scheduling system so I can set my hours and clients can schedule themselves or adjust it if they need to change times. But I'm sure a feature like that will be coming here at some point. I researched many platforms before choosing Everfit. As stated before, the software is very easy to use and there are so many things within it to give my clients the best experience with their training. The customer service is amazing. My concerns were always handled in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this Everfit to other trainers! Pros I like how easy it is to use the software. There are so many different things you can do within the Everfit to streamline all that you would need with online/ in person training. August 13, 2021 5.0 You can tell that fitness professionals with experience in the field have been putting this piece of software together. As a Trainer you'll get the basics you need to work with clients but you still can upgrade your package with features like "autoflow" to make your life easier by automating working processes. I really like the concept of beeing able to grow your business and stack up the budget for the software. Pros Usability ist pretty neat! The design is intuitive and everything runs smoothly. The app for customers und trainers are both stable and theres nothing to complain by now. I don’t think I’ll be going anywhere anytime soon. Pros I like the ease that I can send clients things and stay in constant contact. Cons All the features having to be added on and cost. But I guess it is customizable. I don’t like that is only able to link up to my fitness pal especially because for premium things you have to pay for it. Pros We love how easy it is to use, not just for us as coaches, but also for the ease of use for our clients we programme for. Everfit allows us to use a single piece of software for us to manage both our in-house gym clients, as well as our online clients from across the country! Cons We noticed that the software currently doesn't feature the ability for us to manually input our client's 1 rep maxes, however the co-owners have assured us that the development team will be adding this feature very soon! The best thing about it is how intent the designers and engineers are in creating an app that has a masterful backend for the trainer but also an uncomplicated, easy-to-use interface for the person working out. Pros This software is easy to use and build out programming to meet your needs. And there is room to truly grow your business whether you do one on one coaching, group training or even just want to sell set programs. I love that it is so focused on ease of used and not bogged down in pointless features. Everything is about creating a great training experience for the client and the trainer. Cons So far nothing. Learning to use it has been easy and so many of the flaws I've seen in other softwares have been taken care of. Each time I have a question, they answer it quickly and to their best to resolve any issues I may encounter. They also jumped on a zoom call with me when I first began to introduce themselves and answer all of my questions that I had a t he time. Pros Everfit has seamless integrated into my business, helping me to offer my clients and I a place where they can access the majority of my personal training services. It includes easy to use communication, scheduling, a programming support as I take my clients through the programs I design for them. The software is easy to use for the most part! Cons The software itself is terrific to use. The only con I see would be that I misunderstood and paid for a feature of the software that I don't need. They don't do refunds, so I received a credit instead. I think some more clarity on HOW customers can use their products would be helpful. So the onboarding process for me was a bit bumpy. I would have appreciated some case studies, etc. to understand how people can use specific features into their business (and what may not be useful). Also, giving me the tools to understand how to onboard my clients would be advantageous. Presently I'm having to do a lot of google searching to see how I can onboard well. Has helped streamline my coaching Pros Notifications when clients complete tasks and workouts. Messaging feature and client dashboard is great too. Cons When designing a workout program you can't repeat a workout on a certain day for X number of days. You have to manually copy and paste it. Also, clients can't add any exercises to their workout.
