Pros Overall I think what makes a great app is great service from the app maker. Which Everfit has. I love being able to see what features are in progress, completed, etc, so that as a coach I can get excited for more things to come. They also really seem to listen to their users and want to make the best platform possible. They are also quick to respond to messages. Cons Things I would love which potentially could come down the road. 1. Being able to see nutrition analytics just like we can see the workout ones. Right now I have to click into each client to see their nutrition, but I would love to be able to see who is doing great and who needs more support in one easy spot. 2. Ability to have all of the Everfit recipes in a recipe library available for clients to grab from and add to their nutrition in conjunction with using their myfitnesspal. These are simply just features that would be really helpful. So worth the switch if you’re thinking about it. Pros Everfit is by far the best coaching platform I have used. Not only is it crazy affordable, but the features it has are incredible. I love the custom branding and my clients are loving this new app. I was worried about switching to a new software but I’m so glad I did. The switch was a lot easier than I was expecting but everything makes it so worth it. I love the recipe book options as well. Cons I wish I could send longer than 60 second voice memos but otherwise it’s great. I only can compare it to trainerize, but I do love it and have been using it for about 3-4 years. Pros Everything in one platform. User friendly for the coach and clients to maneuver around. Cons I wish there was more instructional use. What I mean by that. I know there is now nutrition, but I feel like Everfit should reach out to the coaches and make them do meeting so they know all the features. I don’t even use that. I mostly like the ability to provide clear instructions to the client. It was the only app i found that includes all the different measures of intensity to provide to the client. also got lots of great feedback from clients on how user friendly it is. I find it good enough the price point. I have yet to manage a big number of clients so yet to explore all of its features. Pros easy to use, learn, set up and has lots of features that are useful for online coaching for exercises planning with video instructions, nutrition, and even lifestyle habits like sleep, drink, and stress management. I like that it has this feature called resource collections even though you must pay extra, but its worth to have to I can just upload all the forms, useful articles and videos to assist my clients in admin matters or to give them more information so that they can follow the program without doubts. Cons When programming long term programs (6months to 1 year), we have to copy paste the daily or weekly routine into the scheduler. We can't create 3-4 phases and just insert the block phases into the schduler/calendar so it saves times. For example 1 year has maybe 3-4phases. and each phase maybe around 4-6 weeks. So, I can't create 4 different 4 week phases and then just insert all of them into a 1 year program. The templates are a great thing to have but some of the exercises they recommend are not easy for beginners to do and may demotivate them, I have to individually check the exercises to see which are more recommended and end up wasting time. And the AI workout builder has cut my programming time down dramatically which has been a huge help!! Cons I'm not a great fan of AI, but everything is going that way unfortunately so Everfit has had to follow that negative trend, otherwise it would no longer be appealing to those that want IA features.
