Great customer service and especially at the beginning it was great to have someone guide me for a momth with 15min calls. Pros Creating training plan, and adding clients is easy to do. I love the customizeable forms. Cons It can be a bit buggy sometimes, very rarely. That 3 forms is not allowed.. " September 15, 2024 5.0 Awesome app, clients love it, it’s stunning to look at, coaching is easy and efficient and they’re endless ways to build out your business with EverFit! They just need to improve their payments capabilities! Pros Great tracking app that allows us to house everything from training to nutrition to recovery. The support team are fast and reliable and they’re constantly innovating, taking on feedback from coaches and improving the experience for both the trainer and trainee. We switched from Trainerize and it’s been the best decision we’ve ever made! Cons The payments side of things is their biggest let down. They offer a SUPER basic stripe integration which I mean, at least gets you paid but the back end reporting is absolutely terrible and the payment management functions are super limited. I have faith that they’ll eventually fix it, it’s just a matter of time. Cons Pricing, for entry level, basic features and minimal extras they are very competitive, but everything is either add on, sliding scale of increments and at the top level this could make it extremely expensive. They just need to make it a bit more intuitive, for both client and coach Pros It was very important to me that I could find an app where I could decide if I wanted my clients to see BMI, weight, diet and so on. I have a lot of clients who's on the rebound of ED and training disorder so they don't need to be reminded of those things. Cons That I can't control if my clients can turn off "You missed 1 workout" it triggers them a lot. The app is not that intuitive and sometimes I use a lot of time figuring out where the stuff is. My clients also use a lot of time finding out where the different things are. Whenever I have an issue or question support gets back to me quickly. My clients love the app and find it useful and easy to use. I especially like how fast the support is and how much they care about getting feedback and improving their features. Few other platforms go to that length. Pros Everft has more of the functionalities I was looking for compared to other plaftorms. Training, food logging, habit tracking, multiple metric tracking, integrations with other apps, the list goes on... Everfit also just had the nicest User Interface - for Coach and Client. PT Distinction feels like an app from the early 2010s. Cons As with most out-of-the-box apps, the client app doesn't load as fast as other apps - but that's the same for most fitness/training apps. They're never gonna load as fast as Instagram. Each month, my choice is validated with consistent service upgrades which elevate the system more and more. I’d be absolutely LOST without Everfit and I’m so pleased with my choice. To make it even better, my clients consistently compliment me on the ease of use and how attractive the platform is. This truly makes all of the difference. Pros Everfit has made it so easy to operate my business as a PT operating in a solely virtual business. The modes of interaction are plentiful and it’s so easy to remain organized with this platform. Cons My only hang ups: 1- The lack of integration with more payment platforms. I have a preference for Square and for this reason have to run an entire site outside of Everfit and from there, have to manually input clients for services & manage subscriptions elsewhere. 2 - I wish that there could be an Apple Style badge notification for forms and forum posts. The notification feature can be a bit overwhelming if you have a large client base. 3- no Apple Watch support. I think this is self explanatory.
