All appointments and client information go straight to the calendar which is really convenient. Pros Scheduling feature saves a lot of time! We also like that all the information about the customer (name, phone, email and even preferences) are saved in one single card. Personally, I think these features can suit all service-based businesses or be used just like scheduling tool. Cons As for our goals, I didn't see any cons so far. YCLIENTS does its job pretty good. Pros I like the online booking widget and appointment calendar features - absolutely easy to manage your schedule, set clients and also have all your clients' data at hand. Great and simple CRM and scheduling option for those who frequently have calls or meeting with their clients or even do their service business. Cons I would like to add that besides the product is great, it still has some options to improve. But I am seeing a lot of good changes, so I am sure the team is working hard even on small things. There is no need to call or schedule an appointment with our managers via email - now we do it with an easy-to-use online booking widget. We never miss any appointment requests from all over the world, even when we are off the working hours. Just great! Pros Easy to set up an online booking widget right on our website, especially loved the opportunity to get booking 24/7 - much easier for our clients to schedule appointments with our managers.
