Pros Being able to customize the questions and answers is fantastic. It allows you to create virtually any teaching module and make it a game. I used only the Trivia game but it worked fantastic. The competitive component you can create is wonderful, too. The product is very easy to use. Cons The only issue I had was having people lose connection during the game and not being able to add them back. Seems like there should be a memory function that would allow the administrator to stop the game and add someone back into it. I love that this incorporates games into the learning experience. So far it's a huge hit at my Credit Union. Cons I wish there were other functions available so I wouldn't have to use other platforms to create some of the games. But it wouldn't keep me from renewing.
