O sistema é confiável, fácil de usar e ajuda muito no controle das reservas e no atendimento, trazendo mais organização e eficiência. Recomendamos para empresas que precisam de um processo de reservas consistente e bem estruturado.

Pros

Usamos desde 2020 e o que mais gostamos é a estabilidade do sistema, a praticidade no dia a dia e o suporte sempre rápido. A plataforma facilita a organização das reservas, reduz erros e deixa o processo bem mais ágil para a equipe e para o cliente.

Cons

Poucos pontos a melhorar: seria ótimo ter mais opções de personalização de mensagens/relatórios. No geral, nada que comprometa o uso.

Cons

A falta de personalização nos emails, exemplo: código para personalizar o nome do cliente e a questão das definições dos afiliados que, pelo que entendi, está em manutenção no site.

Gosto de todos os recursos. Facilita meu dia a dia, gera meus vouchers envio para meus clientes, ela também ficam satisfeitos. Tenho meu relatório de vendas, meu relatório de agendamento, quantas vagas ainda tenho. Não abro mão desse sistema .

A gestão de reservas deles nos ajudaram muito neste início de empresa e foi muito fundamental para um evento que tivemos agro em março.

Pros

O atendimento dele é fenomenal, a \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] enota 1000!Site bem intuitivo e fácil mexer, sistema de gestão de reservas ótimo .

Cons

Falta melhor na otimização de alguns recursos como: formulários e accordion.Colocar mais integrações de pagamentos e busca de serviços como hotel, aéreo e aluguel.Aceitar APIs delas.
