Pros

The kind of reports and insights you get out of this software is unmatched. I simply love it and rely on it completely. It gives me a lot of scope for improvement and I constantly follow the lead given to me

Cons

The cost factor. If you are not really big on budget and have less site traffic and more retained clients this will not work for you.

Pros

There isn't much you can't figure out when using Adobe Analytics. Much more in-depth and reporting than GA.

Cons

For those coming from Google Analytics, there will be a bit of a learning curve. Much higher costs due to implementation services needed.

Pros

You can get a lot of useful information from this product, not only limiting the new elements of your page, but it also offers a complete history to observe all your progress. In addition, it incorporates a geographic reporting system and that allows me to know who sees my product and where. A tool that I consider important (at least in my case) is the possibility of graphing all the analytical reports. I'm not good with the numbers but this tool has allowed me to better understand the growth of my page.

Cons

Despite the good functioning of the product, it is not easy to use and requires training for its use. It would be perfect if it were a bit more friendly in that way.

Adobe Analytics functionality is constantly increasing, making it easier to complete work tasks. Helpdesk responds instantly and quickly resolves technical errors that occur. With its help, it is easy to make reports and integrate them into Excel.

Cons

At times, the program starts to work slowly, and some of its tools cease to function briefly, making it a bit more complicated and increasing the duration of the workflow.

It provided basic analytical information and was helpful at times.

Cons

When trying to cancel the account I had to go through at least 3 different reps, kept getting transferred and the information was not being passed along very well. Then, when we were actually cancelling, we ended up finding out the account hadn't been cancelled properly so we had to go back and do it again.

Cons

There were difficulties when setting up dashboards for the mobile version of the application. Otherwise, the expediency of using the program depends on the software package used by the company. In some cases it is more convenient to use Google Analytics.

It has been of great help to create our own personalised reports and the best is that once you created a great report, you can also send it to other employees so they can use it without having to build it.

Pros

I do CRM campaigns and sometimes we ask ourselves questions to understand what went wrong and why. Our questions can be translated into data thanks to this tool as you can move around data like legos and create your own reports.

Cons

When I first started using it I got confused because some filters where named the same, but besides that everything else was great.

Cons

If you are a beginner SEO-optimizer or another specialist working on creating and promoting websites, it may turn out that you can not configure the system yourself. This is not because it is complex, but because there are too many parameters to consider.

I've had Adobe Site Catalyst for a little while. I haven't used it very much so I'm not sure how detailed I can be about my review. From playing around with it I have found that there are some very useful tools that can be very beneficial, but to get some of those tools set up can be cumbersome sometimes. It is great for an analytical tool, but again, I haven't used it fully enough to know much more than that at this point. I'm an Adobe enthusiast so I love everything Adobe! I know after playing around with it more, I will find even more usefulness.

The lack of integration makes it difficult for smaller businesses to clear the fence. This may be more suitable for larger businesses.

Overall, I don't like using Adobe Analytics. I only have to use it for larger, monthly reports, which I'm glad because I find it harder to do daily management in there than other tools.

Pros

I only use Adobe Analytics for a small handful of clients that I work with, but I find it to be much harder to use than other analytics tools (like Google Analytics). I do like that you can create custom views and dashboards based on what is most important for you to see.

Cons

I don't think this tool is very intuitive, easy to use, or insightful. It takes a long time just to set up the dashboards you want to see, let alone analyze them. I also find it much harder to compare performance month over month and year over year, because you have to create a new module next to what you want to compare rather than just selecting a new date range.
