Nos ha permitido aprender, mejorar y automatizar gran parte de nuestras interacciones con todos los stakeholders de la empresa.

Pros

Facil de usar, escalable y sumamente completo. Puedes crear bots e integrar con servicios de la empresa sin tener que poner una linea de código.

Cons

Por el momento no tienen instagram como canal, pero nos indicaron que lo estaban por sumar.
