### "Good value gamification software for SMBs"

Pros

From sign up, Gameball is a fairly easy product to set up and use. If you have a developer on staff, it's a breeze. Gameball allows you to use different parts of the software, such as challenges without having to use all of them, which mades implementation and rollout much quicker.

Cons

For a non-ecommerce site like ours, the process for setup is a bit more complex and the customer service team does not have enough training to support those implementations.

Reason for choosing Gameball

Bunchball does not sell to companies unless they have 10,000 users.

### "Amazing Gamification and Rewards Platform, and an amazing team behind it!"

A great experience, the team behind gameball is very friendly and you can see they go through great lenghts to work on their product and to listen to and help their customers.

Pros

We were in desperate need of a tool that combined: Store credit / Customer wallet with a referral/affiliate system, so that clients are rewarded for recommending products in the store and can use these rewards (earned store credit) to purchase more different products from the same store. Gladly we found Gameball, A great robust system that has an amazing, easy to use, friendly UI (which is a problem with most solutions for Woocommerce) and above all allows us to create a great number of scenarios for increasing customer loyalty. We are also very happy with all the support and effort of the Gameball team, who we have seen continuously work and improving the product consistently adding new features and listening to the users.

Cons

Our biggest issue with Gameball is that the Referral system is limited to only work for referring new users, and that Gameball needs a proper Affiliate link sharing system for incentivizing continuous sharing and player rewarding, and it would be the perfect overall solution. The referral system of Gameball is already very robust allowing to setup many configuration rules for how you wish it to work, however it is limited to working only for new users, meaning that if your customers refer already existing customers, and these customers purchase from your store, your referring customers won't receive any reward (and end up complaining to us that they didn't) There is no reason that a referral system can't be an Affiliate system. Affiliate/referral marketing is massive, especially with the influencer industry growing and more than doubling in the past years. People like to buy what is recommended to them, and we should open up oportunities for people to recommend products from our store and share product affiliate links and receive rewards from this. It's very hard to compete with Amazon when you don't allow Amazon type style of affiliate links :)

### "Marvelous results when harnessed for Internal Communication"

Pros

This year, and in the holy month of Ramadan, we wanted to put the Gamification concept into practice and tweak it to fulfil the internal communication function. As an important month in our internal communication calendar we planned the campaign to include various activities and challenges. Employees are asked to go through these challenges and to earn points on completing each challenge. Having operations across different regions in middle east and Africa made there's no way to keep employee engagement high unless using a robust digital platform that connects instantly all actions on one dashboard. Displaying the results on a leaderboard made the engagement rate exceeds our expectations. And this came true and achieved more than what we expected with engagement rate for the whole month reached almost (60%).

Cons

I barely could spot cons. However, ongoing improvements on the UX of the app will be good.

### "Truly Innovative App | Amazing Customer Service!"

Pros

As a non-tech user, I found it very easy to understand the app interface and implementation was very easy. Gameball has found an innovative & fun way to genuinely engage with my customers without having to focus only on repeat purchases like when using a discount coupon system. On top of it, they have an amazing customer care team! I am very excited to work with Gameball and looking forward to more exciting app features in the future.

Cons

Nothing, I absolutely love Gameball! Even when I come across any issues while using the app, their customer care team makes sure that everything is resolved quickly and on time. They definitely know how to make their customers feel special! 🙂

### "A brilliant take on customer rewards"

Overall, it's been great using this platform to create and manage a customer rewards program in WooCommerce.

Pros

The platform is very intuitive, with a nicely organized interface and useful tooltips. In terms of features, it has pretty much everything I needed to create a customer rewards program from scratch. Also, their support is great.

Cons

The only negative detail I can point out is that the dashboard at times feels slow and takes some time to respond. But it's not a deal-breaker at all.
