Investor and realtor Real Estate Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "THE BEST REI CRM OUT THERE!" June 18, 2020 5.0 Exceptional I will never use a different real estate investing CRM. This one just keeps getting better and better. Pros As an investor and realtor who specializes in investment property you can name a real estate investment CRM and I have more than likely tried it. From Podio to Zoho And everything in between. All of that was before I found REIKIT. What I love most about this product is there’s not a single thing that you can’t do when working through a deal. Everything from lead generation to comp analysis and developing a rehab budget on the goal or a detailed budget that would even rival most construction companies in rehab accuracy. On the Realtor side I have used their fix and flip reports to send to lenders to get loan approvals for my clients. On top of everything you get a built-in website that is fantastic. I have not been paid to say any of this, truly this is a large kudos to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his amazing and responsive team at REIKIT. Stop wasting your time with other amazingly expensive CRM’s and get this one you will not be disappointed. Cons Sometimes the rehab budget does not load accurately right off the bat when you’re running a new project but one quick message to the support staff and that’s fixed. Cuba really knows how to serve am acquisitions company with these features. Pros I have been using this software for some years now. I have witnessed Cuba amp up this software and really serve the customer with added features, price, and ease of use. I love the ease of adding leads, analyzing deals, and now purchasing leads with in the software. I absolutely love the comp feature with in the deal analysis calculator. One of the best I have used. Cons For now, I wish I could pull a summary report for all leads in the system. leads coming in, tasks, offers made, etc Review Source HH Heather H. Pros The software is robust for all the resources that are available for the price point. Cons The new list of leads and the upcoming advancements for texting and ect are great leaving me with no issues or request to report on. Reason for choosing RElkit I have been in the industry for over 25 years and have come across many other similar softwares and have subscribed for FREE trials, paid subscriptions and have purchased additional services but I have never been satisfied until REIkit they have all the resources you need to start your own investment business. They are constantly updating and adding new features to the system. It has come a long way over 2 years I have been a member, plus the support has been great. Highly recommended if your starting out or looking for that professional touch for your clients. Pros I like simplicity of the software. The way I can have a professional document (in detail) of what I need to present to a client in minutes. Cons Mote customization of the landing pages and some of the tools Would be nice, however I think that’s what keeps it simple. Customer service is very responsive, and I like this tool for deciding if I want to invest in a property prior to doing a site tour. Pros This software is very intuitive to use. It stores all your past requests. It also allows you input other neighborhood comps if the auto-populated list doesn't meet your needs. Cons I didn't like the renovation budget calculation. It's almost too detailed especially for someone who isn't as familiar with construction materials. Review Source BW Brandon W. I’ll start with the custom reports that lenders and other investors love. Next would be the ARV calculator that automatically pulls in relevant comps. Lastly would be the detailed renovation budget tracker. Cons Some of the terminology can be confusing but once you use it enough you’ll get the hang of it. Also, no project management tools!
