(1) Their customer support is amazing (2) The tool is very intuitive and easy to understand, implementat, and use (3) Their team is very active and open to not only listening to the feedback but also implementing it

Some of the new features they have recently launched (Enriching of Leads, etc.) are a little slow in loading.

My overall experience while using the playbook is wonderful. We get good support from the team. They are available whenever we need any help. Good CRM tool overall.

Pros

Support system is super good. Easy to use, easy to track activities, nurture the leads, compare performances.

Cons

There are no such cons as such till now. Everything is good.

The best of the platform is the campaign creator where you can create the workflow with different channels like Email, Call, LinkedIn etc.

I'd anyday recommend them because our CTR, delivery everything went up and we did have 1-2 big conversions.

Pros

It's extremely user friendly and I've had a seamless experience throughout. Rohit was our POC and their support was incredible.

Cons

Nothing as such, but I feel like the site crashes sometimes but it usually gets fixed immediately. Towards the end I didn't face any issue.

Pros

This is a fairly easy to use, intuitive tool. It has really helped in mass email outreach and is great for keeping tabs on and following up on the leads. After being set up, the plays do not require the user to remember and send follow-ups, which reduces human error. The customer service team is very prompt and responsive, and tries to rectify any problem as fast as they can.

Cons

It is a little complicated to set it up initially, but post that stage, it runs smoothly.
