Pros It's extremely user friendly and I've had a seamless experience throughout. Rohit was our POC and their support was incredible. Pros I have been using playbook from quite years the customer support is superb. Also the ease of using the application is good using playbook.ai has saved our time and increase the productivity. Now we have automated our sales development process. Cons Till now I don't see any cons in playbook. We no longer have to worry about follow-ups. - They also provide data scraping, email finding, and email verifying tools. - The best part is the report and analysis section; it tells us how many emails were delivered, how many people opened our emails, and how many people actually clicked on our links (if we have included a website or any other link). - Also, very importantly, the Playbook team is always accessible; whenever you need help or have any questions, they respond promptly. It has really helped in mass email outreach and is great for keeping tabs on and following up on the leads. After being set up, the plays do not require the user to remember and send follow-ups, which reduces human error. The customer service team is very prompt and responsive, and tries to rectify any problem as fast as they can.
