Das Einrichten der Mitgliederfunktionen wie individuelle Startseiten / Portale, keine Möglichkeit der Bearbeitung mehrerer Mitglieder gleichzeitig, die KI Funktionen funktionieren nicht (Kapitel), im Nachhinein begrenzte Lektionen, keine Möglichkeit einzelne Lektionen oder Module in einen anderen Kurs zu übertragen, dass es keine wirkliche Kalenderfunktion gibt, dass KI nur bis 30 Min. Videos möglich ist, dass kein ChatGPT direkt eingebunden ist oder allg. KI für Texterstellungen

Ebenfalls ist es möglich, mehrere Mitglieder gleichzeitig anzulegen, für Kurse freizuschalten und auch wieder zu löschen. Leider können wir auch nicht einordnen, welche Funktionalität bei der KI Funktion nicht gegeben sei. es funktioniert einfach du kannst schnell deine Videos und Arbeitsunterlagen hochladen. Du kannst auch schnell alles überarbeiten. Du kannst schnell neue Kurse oder Kursmodule anlegen. Du bekommst dafür auch gute Schulungen. Darüber hinaus gefällt mir auch das gestaffelte Preismodell.

Die Anwendung ist sehr Intuitiv und die Schulungsvideos sind sehr gut gemacht. Auch das Thema Response bei Fragen wird sehr gut von der MA von Memberspot gehandhabt..

Unkompliziert und einfach zu Bedienen. Flexibel in den Möglichkeiten Inhalte zu Präsentieren.

Cons

Die Plattform hat noch einiges an Potential. Z. B. fehlt es derzeit an der Möglichkeit, Zusammenfassungen für mehrere Mitglieder zu sehen. Z. B. in Listenform, der Kurs XY wurde von X MA geschaut. Dazu noch die Angabe wann, dann ist das Tool noch besser,

Nutze es für jeden Workshop und auch die großen Programme, da das Handling für die TN auch sehr gut verständlich ist.

Pros

Einfache Handhabung, gute Verknüpfungsmöglichkeiten, schnell erlernbar, gute Übersicht

Cons

Es fehlt mir dir Downloadfunktion für Dateien und Checklisten. Es wäre schön, die Möglichkeit zu haben, Videos zeitlich in mehrere Kurse hochladen zu können, statt immer wieder einzeln.

Grundsätzlich gut. Es tut, was es soll. Innovation bleibt in letzter Zeit immer mehr aus und der Kundensupport lässt nach.

Der Status-Quo war immer richtig top. Kurseditor war super. Support war klasse.

Cons

Seit der Umstellung, dass die Roadmap ausgeschaltet wurde, werde ich unzufriedener. Ich habe das Gefühl, der Kundensupport lässt auch immer mehr nach. Es werden kaum neue Funktionen entwickelt oder ich bekomme es nicht mit. Vieles, was andere Anbieter in letzter Zeit entwickelt haben, kommt nicht oder ich bekomme nicht mit, dass es kommt. Es war aus meiner Sicht keine gute Entscheidung, das Ideenboard zu schließen aus Angst andere gucken da ab. Als Marktführer darm man den Anspruch haben, durch Innovation und Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit zu glänzen, nicht durch Protektionismus. Ich habe das Gefühl es wird sich auf Dinge fokussiert, die Memberspot gut fände und nicht die Kundschaft. Auch der Support wird irgendwie langsamer. Es dauert teils Tage bis man Rückmeldungen bekommt. Das war früher deutlich besser. Fühlt sich an, als würde man Kosten sparen wollen / nicht wachsen wollen und deshalb ist der Support langsam.
