Es tut, was es soll. Innovation bleibt in letzter Zeit immer mehr aus und der Kundensupport lässt nach. Pros Der Status-Quo war immer richtig top. Kurseditor war super. Support war klasse. Cons Seit der Umstellung, dass die Roadmap ausgeschaltet wurde, werde ich unzufriedener. Ich habe das Gefühl, der Kundensupport lässt auch immer mehr nach. Es werden kaum neue Funktionen entwickelt oder ich bekomme es nicht mit. Vieles, was andere Anbieter in letzter Zeit entwickelt haben, kommt nicht oder ich bekomme nicht mit, dass es kommt. Es war aus meiner Sicht keine gute Entscheidung, das Ideenboard zu schließen aus Angst andere gucken da ab. Als Marktführer darm man den Anspruch haben, durch Innovation und Umsetzungsgeschwindigkeit zu glänzen, nicht durch Protektionismus. Ich habe das Gefühl es wird sich auf Dinge fokussiert, die Memberspot gut fände und nicht die Kundschaft. Auch der Support wird irgendwie langsamer. Es dauert teils Tage bis man Rückmeldungen bekommt. Das war früher deutlich besser. Fühlt sich an, als würde man Kosten sparen wollen / nicht wachsen wollen und deshalb ist der Support langsam.
