The Simplemnt team has been an excellent partner for us for a number of reasons. They are great product managers - excellent at identifying our true needs (sometimes better than we are) and turning those insights into functional product features. In addition, their product continues to make big strides in short periods of time, allowing our team to take full advantage of a broader product suite.

Pros

Simplemnt provides three main benefits: 1. Streamlines the onboarding process for our implementation team, centralizing all the process and data inputs into one place 2. Reduces the amount of time and resources necessary to set up a new client, allowing our team to increase productivity 4-5x 3. Provides a professional onboarding experience for our customers.

Cons

Although we've been extremely pleased with Simplemnt our only struggle has been a deep integration with Salesforce. Because the main functionality exists outside of Salesforce, this hasn't prevented us from seeing great benefit from the software, however we're exited to see the additional benefits with greater salesforce access.

Pros

The largest benefit that we see in using Simplemnt is the customer experience. Unlike other tools it allows for us to have a clean, branded experience for customers to complete their tasks. We can manage our tasks as internal tasks that are not visible to the customer so we go into detail on what needs to get done while having a clean project plan for the customer. This makes it easier for the customer to understand what they need to do next. We have seen our customers really take to the experience and complete all of their tasks with little hand-holding from our team.

Cons

It is hard to pin point any cons because if anything came up the Simplemnt team was there to quickly respond.

Managing our projects using Google Sheets did not create the type of experience we wanted to provide to our customers. It was difficult for our customer to understand what information they still needed to provide and it was hard for our team to understand where each customer was at in their project at a high level.

Reasons for choosing Simplemnt

The customer experience was far superior to the other tools that we evaluated. We couldn’t find the right balance between showing and assigning tasks to customers as well as keeping track of all of the internal tasks for our team in other tools.

Beyond Pricing was at the stage of needing to scale and standardize the post sales customer experience. I am part of a team charged with making the process, standard and repeatable while decreasing time to value, and we needed a tool that made collaboration with our customers seamless and very easy to use. As we started to rollout Simplemnt to help structure the program, we were still defining what the process and workflows would look like, and this is where the ability to customize tasks and templates provided real value and helped us pivot quickly. We also experienced a lot of change and growth with our internal teams and processes, and again, change was easy to implement. I think what stands out the most during this first phase of using Simplemnt is the support and availability of the Simplemnt team. When we had questions or ran into issues, they seemed to understand our challenges very quickly, and the answers and fixes were delivered just as fast. The post sales team at my company has many years of experience, and Simplemnt helped us realize a vision of a simple, collaborative customer onboarding process.

Pros

The ease of customization was a big part of the successful rollout, specifically creating tasks and templates that are unique to the successful onboarding of different kinds of customers and projects. In addition, the Salesforce integration capabilities allow for holistic project management oversight and visibility that facilitated much needed, welcomed efficiencies. As we built and rolled out a new customer onboarding program, the ability to brand Simplemnt as our own Onboarding Hub was easy to do and contributed to a seamless rollout as part of the customer journey.

Cons

It's hard to articulate any shortcomings of the platform because the Simplemnt team felt like an extension of our own. When we had questions or hit roadblocks, remediation was extremely fast. And in many ways, it felt like our feedback informed the growth and maturity of the platform.

Simply would not be able to complete the amount of work I am able to now without this product. Having a collaborative onboarding portal is an essential need for any SaaS company and this is software certainly fills that need.

Pros

The software is simple enough for even the least tech savvy clients to ! The interface, is clean, straightforward, and quick. Also extremely easy to adjust the layout, templates, and tasks.

Cons

The UI can see some improvement but functionality is all there!

Pros

Simplemnt works really well for us because it solves two major problems: (1) outstanding customer experience for our new clients by asking them questions in a clear, concise, and easy-to-use way, and (2) efficiency gain for our team by decreasing the time it takes to gather all necessary onboarding information. Neither our clients nor our team are tied up communicating over email and shared Google Sheets.

Cons

I have very few complaints. It does take some effort to build out your platform, test different questions, and make iterations, but once you have a functional onboarding platform, there's a real measurable efficiency gain for the team.
