It helps us maintain a consistent member experience. Our maintenance workflow is cleaner, faster, and more predictable. It's definitely a platform I'd recommend to similar facilities. **Pros:** Coast is extremely helpful for tracking gym equipment maintenance. I like that i can assign tasks to techs instantly when treadmills or strength machines need attention. The asset history feature help us understand recurring issues. Preventive maintenance reminders ensure machines stay safe for members. The mobile app saves us time by letting us update tasks directly from the floor **Cons:** We occasionally experience slight lag when scanning QR codes during peak hours. I wish the dashboard allowed more layout customization. More built-in templates for fitness specific equipment could help. It would be nice if technician performance reports were more detailed.
