CEO Design Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Perfectly easy-to-use software" January 13, 2021 5.0 It is a perfect tool for a common problem: How to (quickly) come up with a user manual or a "how to" for any kind of softeware or computer problem - e.g. how to follow a Zoom-invitation or how to handle a user-specific CMS-system. I used in a lot of times and it helped me a lot. Pros I could use FlowShare right from the minute it was installed on my computer because it is so intuitive. Comfortable editing of the individual screen sections, highlights possible. Extensive output options in pdf, ppt, docx etc. very high time saving and professional looking output. Beim explorativen und manuellen Testen anderer Programme bieten sich hier vielfältige Möglichkeiten der Dokumentation, dem entscheidenden Feld zur Kommunikation mit Entwicklern im Scrumteam. Es könnte als angehender Softwaretester in Zukunft für mich ein unverzichtbares Tool werden, das mir eine sehr hohe Zeitersparnis offeriert. Pros Unkomplizierte Bedienung und ausreichendes Hilfematerial. Übersichtliche und oft selbsterklärende GUI. Cons Exportfunktionen (lokal und webbasiert) sollten noch optimiert werden. FlowShare is the most efficient tool I have tested so far. I also document way more than before. Pros FlowSHare never misses a step. We use the software in our educational work with more than 800 volunteers as well as internally in our team. Especially among the volunteers, the level of IT knowledge differs a lot. With Flowshare, we are able to sucessfully help them creating Wordpress websites or Youtube Videos. Its self explanatory and easy to use. Perfect for our purposes. It is very easy to take screenshots and write documentation. the html version I uploaded to the customers website so they have an online documentation. the pdf export is also working great. all in all a very good solution to write docs for your customers!
