### "Wonderful Product to capture Case Management"

The staff is really knowledgeable and able to assist in great timing. The Fireside chats and other supportive meetings allow you to see how that platform can show and tell the story of the work that we are completing by data. This lets us see what we are putting in and the outcomes that happen from the work.

Pros

All that is needed for the funder is at your fingertips. There are more areas that an organization can use to expand the social support that we provide to multiple participants in one area with simple steps.

Cons

Nothing really, there are many possibilities with the platform, as a social worker, this provides key features.

The funder introduced this product as a tool to complete reporting and support the work we are doing.

The program is to save data on clients and track program activities. Overall it's a good program for my purpose to see past entries without manually having too good back would be beneficial for my purpose.

Pros

I like that I can print reports and review analytics

Cons

I wish that the program automatically went to the next task when inputting

SureImpact seems to be a great system but has issues that need to be improved.

Pros

I appreciate the ability to measure services provided to participants and different resources provided.

Cons

It is difficult to input case notes to describe the interactions with a client beyond inputting what services were offered. One conversation may include several resources and should be able to be logged under one interaction. The search bar to find specific participants is also not working and will not allow me to find a specific participant.

Overall is pretty good, the customer services are helpful. I like these webinar sessions to provide training. I wish under the Analytics section if there was also data sorted about clients' age, disabilities and veterans. Also, it would be nice to create a criteria where we can choose the age range and then show how many participants there are. It would be helpful for a lot of our reporting.

Pros

I like the new feature of Analytics a lot, where you can use basically like power bi, you can see and use the data way better than the Excel sheets. All these data are sorted and very helpful.

Cons

The least I don't like would be the homepage about these dash board, it's not easy to read what these measures means, it gives three different levels, or the arrow goes up or down, but really doesn't tell very much and how well the program actually does.

Pros

Swafford is very easy to use and to capture client data. As we evolve and Try to capture additional data points the software is able to add those measurables.

Cons

At times your impact can be difficult for called due to the parameters that were set on different measurables.

We've been able to move our reporting to one system. The customer service provided to us and our partners has been fantastic.

Pros

Trained our partners quickly; easy to use as case management tool; regular improvements to the system; excellent customer service - gets back to clients quickly; our partners can either use as case management tool or upload data via Excel spreadsheets; Dashboard that shows outcomes at a glance

Cons

Would like data upload feature to be easier. Some of our needed features are still in development. That said, they have included their clients' voices in on the design of these future features, and we believe that means SureImpact will continue to serve us well and grow with us.

Coordination and customer services has been great. Reporting is the most difficult.

Pros

SI is easy to navigate and train new staff on how to enter information into the system. It is straight forward and can produce most of the information our programs need.

Cons

Reporting. - When pulling activity data, you can't pull for one program - Measures are hard to track with multiple data points -Have to pull all data within large time frames to get a small amount of information you need to use - Would help if programs could require different information be completed - Would be nice to be able to include attachments

Overall it has been a very easy, positive experience!

Pros

Being able to see how clients progress while on my caseload is very significant. I can easily review a clients "file" and see if I have missed any measure.

Cons

The only item I would like to have access would be to delete an entry, there are times where I have mistyped something and aren't able to delete the entry once saved.

Compared to other company software from previous employment, it's a pretty basic design. This is not a bad thing, though. There are no long, complicated paths to access consumer information, which is helpful. However, everything looks the same; and that kind of makes it challenging for me to remember where functions are.

Pros

I like the speed in which consumers can be found and associated information.

Cons

Features are not differentiated enough. Everything looks the same, so it can get a little confusing when looking for a certain function.

Not having to print as many documents. Majority of our old paperwork is featured on sure impact so we do not need to keep hard copy files. Being able to view everything online is very helpful.

Pros

I like that I am able to see the impact of my work in the measures. Being able to see areas of improvement and areas that need more focus.

Cons

As of now there is not a filter to allow me to place clients in order from enrollment date to present. Would like to be able to filter from oldest to newest and vice versa.

Pros

What I like most is that it is a platform that that I can se to record client nformation

Cons

I don't like that it seems as though the system caps out at a certain point after I piut in alot of information. It won't let me put in multple information/case notes on one person. The system doesn't update immediately.

SureImpact allows me to input a note for the same event for all of my clients at once, rather than having to copy and paste individually. The information that I need to find is readily accessible and we are able to track client outcomes as soon as the data is entered.

Pros

SureImpact is very user friendly and intuitive.

Cons

While there are some features that could be added that might be helpful, the SureImpact Team seems very open to user feedback and adjusting to the needs of the user.

We can collect information about program participants in one space. There is no need for multiple reporst to be submitted. Information is readily available.

Pros

I like all of the various measurements that are able to be collected through this software.

Cons

I don't think that there is anything I don't like. I am actually still learning all the features so I am looking forward to being even more impressed.
