All inclusive solution for project management. This will only be as good as you want it to be.

Cons

Really need a champion in your company to help transition to using the software. Expect push back from users as they learn a new format of what they already do.

A great tool to integrate project owner, engineers, contractors in one place. ( I used it as a document/plan reviewer. )

Cons

When approving a submittal, it will disappear from the Workflow. And I can no longer review and find the entry and related documents
